Chris was just here and did an excellent job in our 30+ year old condo. We’re on the 4th floor and he easily handled everything like a pro. The vents had been painted over and he was able to get them off without damaging the ceilings. He was very efficient and cleaned everything before leaving. Highly recommend you give them a call!

We called them to clean dryer vents. Charged $175 for 5 minutes of work. Worker was professional and polite but this is a rip off. When called they were inconsiderate. Do your research before using their services!
Most professional and thorough people you wanna call when you need to clean out your ducts. And most of us have no idea how badly we need to. Trust me if u have pets, smoke especially you will noticeably be breathing cleaner air after these guys come and clean it out. Great service, super friendly guys. Highly recommend
I just wish to let you know that Scott handled my service order today and was wonderful He was Is polite professional And knew exactly what he was doing. Also very clean left no mess whatsoever I was very impressed did a great job on my dryer vent. Also the price was very reasonable for the services performed highly recommend this company have used them in the past for vent cleaning
Rafael and Miguel came to my home today to do a much needed duct cleaning after 15 months of home renovations! I was concerned about having them come today because it snowed last night and I was afraid of the potential mess. They were wonderful! From my first interaction in booking the appointment, to the arrival time of the technicians, their professionalism and cleanliness, and also their attention to the fact that I had a cat in the house and doors had to be propped open. They left my house, looking like they never came in to do any work! And… My cat is still here! :) So pleased with the results. This is the second time I have used this company; (first time in this home. Mr. Duct will be the only people I will continue to use for the services! Very impressed. Side note: my HVAC guys were out yesterday and they said they could recommend someone to do my ductwork cleaning. I told them I use Mr. Duct. They told me that was one of the companies they refer their customers to as well! I called yesterday and they were here today! Amazing!
Good value, with very professional and polite technicians. I can't say enough good things about their customer service. We had our ducts cleaned late afternoon on 12/30. The next morning I did a thorough check of the work, and found where several vents and areas of duct had been overlooked. As a retired technician myself, I know that sometimes these things happen. I made a call and spoke to a very concerned manager. Three days later a crew arrived to adress the situation. All is well and good now
Outstanding. Technician Corey was on time and walked me through the process and pointed out details. Very personable, professional and efficient. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Corey is knowledgeable and hard working. Final product exceeded expectations as air quality was noticeably improved.

I will be referring my family and friends , to the Mr. Duct company…This is based on this young man Kobe’s , character, outstanding cleaning of my ducts and dryer vent, . Was getting a d90 error on dryer. I tried cleaning out the ductwork and kept getting same error. Mr Duct came out and and cleaned out our dryer vent that vents through the roof. Accessed the ductwork via attic. Found HUGE birds nest now dryer runs line new. Highly recommend
They did quote me the best prices around. However, they lied and told me they would do both the duct cleaning and dryer event. After asking about the dryer event, the office manager claimed that they are not allowed to do this because of their equipment could break something?? Techs didn't mention a thing? I requested some sort of credit/refund for skipping this as I will need to hire another vendor to complete. The office manager insisted that this was not charged. I showed her the text message offer which included "both services for $445". She still insisted that this was not part of the deal and all $445 went only to the duct cleaning. Very deceiving...
First time having the service done and I was and am very pleased! Extremely professional and friendly too! With the best price around You get what you pay for and Mr Duct knows how to get the job done. I will for sure be using them again and passing along their info to others
Moved into a new home and searched around for a dedicated duct cleaning service. Very happy with the professionalism and explanation of the process. Had no issues or surprises at the end. We are very pleased knowing the ducts have been serviced properly and we can breathe a bit easier.
After getting the run around from a Groupon scam company, I put off getting my air ducts cleaned for years. Finally saw Mr Duct servicing several homes in my area. Gave a call and the price was legit, no scams. Great work. I recommend this company.

Been using Mr Duct for 3 years. We are nearing 100 cleanings throughout our locations and never had an issue. Taylor F took my 1st order and since then I only reach out to her for dryer vent cleanings. I can't speak for the rest of the staff but Taylor is excellent and is the reason I will keep using them.
I made an appointment to have my ducts cleaned and my dryer vent unplugged and a bird cover installed. I requested day of service that I be texted when they were on their way. I received both a text and a voice mail message. It was nice to see them doing what I had requested. Both technicians Manny and Carlos arrived on time. I was most concerned about the bird nest in the dryer vent. Carlos was able to loosen the nest after numerous proddings into the vent to break it up. He did a great job of cleaning that hot mess out. And did I mention the poor guy had to go 20 feet in the air to reach the vent. I later found out he'd only been with the company for a month. Never would have guessed it. In the meantime, Manny worked to get the other vents cleaned. Both of them worked well together and if Carlos had a question, Manny told him how to do it in a good, professional teaching manner. I can tell by the furnace sounds that the air movement is much better. And my dryer runs like a charm! I definitely will use them again.
