Called them on a Saturday morning after a fire dept house call due to our CO detector numbers being high. Owner came out to our house in less than 20 minutes and checked everything thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable, helped us clean out some blockages and helped us safely get back into our house with the heat working and peace of mind. Will use them for all future HVAC/AC needs and will recommend to anyone in need
Service tech was very knowledgeable about the furnace kind of dropped the ball on the duct work and filter. Could have been a little more detailed about the workings of the furnace. The installers were both very good courteous worked way past the time that they thought they would be there, had to improvise on ductwork but all in all the very excellent job of installing. They explained more of the furnace and they explained about the thermostat and how to work it and made sure that everything was cleaned up as good as it was before they got there.
I paid for overtime fee for a Saturday service. The guy said he checked everything but my AC takes 12 hours or more just to reach the targeted temperature. It is not working as before. I wonder how many times they will comeback to fix this issue. They also replaced my fan motor with an unbranded universal motor which required him to cut the shaft which I paid $336!!!. I'm praying it won't give out soon as it is running longer hours.
Krope and son were very professional and considerate. Tim came out and looked at our furnace and AC. Needed replacement. They gave options and asked what we needed. Very pleased with new install!
Tim K. came out and gave me a fair estimate on replacing my AC & Furnace. He was very considerate, asked my long term plans, family allergies, and our other needs. After accepting the offer, he and his crew were out quickly and installed the whole new system within a day.

I am their regular customer. This is a very competent and honest company. Never once did they recommend unnecessary repairs. Very courteous and professional.
On the coldest day in February, my furnace quit working. Krope & Son had installed it, so I called for service. The person I spoke with on the phone was rude and condescending. He asked if I was a "maintenance" customer. When I said I was not, his tone became very negative. I reiterated that they had installed the furnace, but he just could not seem to find me in his database. He asked what suburb I lived in and when I responded with one a bit further away, I was told he could not possibly come out until the next day. I do NOT recommend this company.
