The previous homeowners had used CS for all their HVAC needs. Because of their glowing recommendation; we kept CS as our service provider! For 13 years now, Jonathon & Mark have kept our systems running like clockwork. Unfortunately the AC was unable to be resurrected this year. After carefully weighing all options, we choose to have a new unit installed. Within days, we experienced cool temps in our home (it was 90+ degrees everyday that week). Normally we always get 2 estimates for any major expense; but in this case we knew we wanted to continue our partnership with CS (especially J & M). THANK YOU! Karen & Dale
Great Service. Have had a number of issues on older units in our house, were able to squeeze some life out of them and never pressured us into going new until we were ready. Even showed up to our house while we were out of town to get furnace running so pipes didnt freeze. Really great professionals.
Mark and Jonathan did a great job installing our furnace and air conditioner. They were both very knowledgeable and did great job balancing our system and explaining everything we needed to know.
Mark was right in time, he talked to me about our furnace, and the issues we were having. (The thermostat worked- but no heat!) He explained everything in terms most people can understand, then took a look to diagnose the problem. He got the part he needed and had my furnace fixed within a matter of hours. I highly recommend Comfort Specialists!
I've had nothing but great experiences with Comfort Specialist since they've installed my furnace years ago. I do their maintenance plan and have had no issues with my system at all. Jonathan has been professional, works clean, always changes my filter and does a thorough maintenance check. Comfort Specialists is great company and has great customer service.
Jonathan came to look at my TRANE furnace today.... and he was FANTASTIC!!! He provided Professionalism, Good Value, Good Quality and was even earlier than I expected!!! Jon explained everything to me and I signed up for the maintenance program. What a GREAT deal!!!! Jonathan/Mark/CS are TERRIFIC people/business to know that they will take care of you when you have an issue with your ac/furnace. I highly recommend them! THANKS SO MUCH!!!!!
We had an outstanding experience...very responsive when we called, spent a good amount of time discussing options and assessing our home's needs before preparing a quote. No pressure, either. We had time to discuss and do online research to learn about Trane's outstanding reputation for quality. Installation was done very skillfully, service team arrived promptly when expected. The new system is quiet and our home is much more evenly heated. We couldn't be happier and would gladly refer Comfort Specialists. Thank you!
We purchased an expensive new Furnace and Air Cleaning System from this company. It was installed and cost in the excess of 7000 dollars. We have had three repairs within the first year and have been told by two other companies that it was not installed properly, causing the need for repair. When it needed repair, this company would not come out within 48 hours despite the fact that it was greater than 95 degrees outside and the system was new. We are now in the process of filing a claim in court against them as we have had damage to our basement and additional expenses related to the poor job they did for a high price. In addition, the owner is rude and condescending.
Mark did a wonderful job selecting and replacing my failed A/C system on the hottest day of the summer. The system started right up with no problems. I recommend their services.
Comfort Specialists is the only HVAC company I trust. This is the second system that they have installed for me. They are top notch techs and all the work is done professionally.
This business returned my call for service in a very timely manner. They called when they were going to be a half hour late and showed up when they said they would. Jonathon Becker was our tech and was very friendly and professional. We will definitely use Comfort Specialist for any future hvac needs.
Jon was early, very professional and knowledgeable. We signed up for the preventative maintenance program as we recently purchased our house. He installed our smart thermostat and ran a new "C" or Common cable to power the smart thermostat. He gave our furnace a check and the AC unit. Our house seller never met us or provided any instruction for anything. We found that the seller had the wrong size furnace filter and it was not properly installed. Jon helped install the correct sized filter and showed us how to properly install it. Luckily we found that the AC refrigerant was at proper levels and adequately charged. If there were any issues I have no doubt Jon would've taken care of it. The AC lines went thru the foundation and was not sealed. Jon was not told he'd be asked before arriving, but had what he needed and sealed it to help keep mice and other vermin out! Once it gets cold we just call and schedule an appointment for the preventative maintenance program and they will come back to check the heating system without a charge for the visit because we paid the yearly amount today. He made a record of what systems and serial numbers for our AC Unit and Furnace so IF we ever have an issue they'll know what may be needed prior to coming! We have family who have used Comfort Specialists and their preventative maintenance program to glowing reviews. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS!!!!

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Comfort Specialists may cost a bit more than other HVAC service companies but they are well worth it. When we have had problems with are system they have been quick to respond and fix the problem. They are always friendly, courteous, and professional.
My tech (Jonathan) was on-time, found the problem quickly and got me fixed up without issue. Also very very thorough. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks!

We have been customers for 19 years, since the installation of a new HVAC system. We appreciate the preventative maintenance plan (spring air conditioner & fall furnace checks) to keep the system running well. Mark, Jonathan, and Mitch provide expertise and care for the equipment and are a pleasure to have in our home. (They even wear shoe covers inside the house!)
