Filled out a service request late last night for my air conditioning not working. Joel gave me a call early this morning and let me know when he’d be able to swing by. Was able to come by this afternoon. Quickly able to diagnose the issues. Immediately got to work on fixing them and stayed until it was complete even on Saturday evening here. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. Would absolutely recommend to a friend and will be reaching out again should I have any other problems arise. Thank you!
Joel was in constant contact of what was going on. He ended up staying late ( past dinner) when he could of came back the next day but he stayed, got the job completed. Highly recommend
Joel and his team are very professional, always responsive when we call, show up to the house very quickly, and fix the problem, air ace is a first class company. Andrew is calling Johnstones now to get hopefully another TXV valve and install it today Friday June 16, 2023 because it supposed to be a hot weather weekend. Update 5/17/23 They came out to maintenance our AC unit per our contract. I asked them about putting a new screen on the vent pipe coming out the back of the house. It had rusted through. Joel took care of it for me. All is well. Update 10/10/22: Taylor came out to do our furnace maintenance with our contract. It has been working fine. He replaced the filter and did all the checks. All is well right now. I am going to check the humidifier water panel filter as it gets colder to make sure it is working. Update: Tyler came out to do our furnace maintenance since we purchased the maintenance contract. He discovered our humidifier was not working. It needed a part. He said he would check with the owner to see if we would have to pay since it was only a year old. Meanwhile Kaleb had emailed me about feedback and I replied that I would like this part replaced at no charge since it looked like the humidifier did not work much at all last year by the look of the water panel. He said he would talk to Tyler. Afterward he said Tyler would be out to replace it on Friday. He arrived on time and replaced the part and all is well. Thank you AirAce for standing by your products. I would recommend AirAce to everyone in Central IL. Oct 2019 Overall we had a wonderful experience with this company. They installed a new high efficiency furnace, air conditioner, and humidifier in our home without drilling through our drywall basement ceiling. Their pricing was competitive. We believed American Standard was a better quality brand than the others. They were rated high in Consumer Reports. The technician did leave the bypass cables on so it got really warm in the house but Joel came right over when we called and took them off. The team was very friendly. We also got the Honeywell smart thermostat which I can control remotely with my phone. We will definitely use AirAce in the future.

Joel and his AirAce team have provided excellent service for us. We had an issue with the AC they installed that baffled the technicians. They made numerous visits to try and figure out the problem, and once they discovered it was a parts issue, they provided prompt service making sure our AC was running smoothly. They have always been quick to respond and fix any problem and give our AC and furnace thorough maintenance checks each year. Every technician is friendly, courteous and wants to make sure that our home is a comfortable temperature at all times. I would definitely recommend using this company for your heating and cooling needs.
We had no HVAC system in the house we purchased and called Joel at Air Ace for a quote. After meeting with Joel one time we knew he would do a great job. We were right. Joel not only designed a great system for our needs but took the time to explain everything and make sure we understood the system and all our options. Joel was very efficient and had our equipment ready to install quickly. When it came to installation they did an amazing job establishing the new system and installing a very clean and neat HVAC system just in time for the season change. We could not be happier and would recommend Joel and Air Ace for all your HVAC needs.
Angel came out today for routine AC maintenance and discovered my capacitor was on its last legs. Very thorough explanation of issue and very knowledgeable and patient in his explanations. My only choice for heating/ac needs. Knowledgeable, thorough, quick, and most importantly honest. Following is my previous review. I thought I heard a strange noise and was overdue for service so I set up an appointment. Joel reassured me that all was well and gave my unit a good cleaning.
My furnace went out in the middle of the night, I called Joel. He was very willing to come out then, I told him it could wait till morning due to us having a fire place. He was here first thing in the morning on a Sunday to fix the issue. Very knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, and explained the problem in great detail. He did an excellent job and I recommend Air Ace to everyone.
They were on time for there appointment. Polite and kept me informed of what they were doing. Showed me how to work everything. What size filters to get, how to hook up my thermostat to my phone. And cleaned everything up when they were done. If I had a question they Showed me or answered it right away. Very happy with the service,furnace, and the way I was treated
Joel was a life saver for my Parents. He was very professional and prompt. You can’t ask for more from a business! I will definitely use again.
Very good service. Had a new A/C compressor and coil installed. Only issue is that the team who installed the coil did not tape up the custom ducts around the coil well enough and I had to run to the hardware store to buy metal tape to finish the job myself. They also spilled coolant in the basement and said they would clean it up, but did not. I would use again however double-check in the end before they leave to ensure they completed the work. -------- Edit: Feb 3, 2023: Used AirAce to come replace our furnace when it failed. They did an amazing job. Even corrected the bad taping from their last job. Changed to 5 stars. Very pleased with the work.

The best service business I’ve dealt with since moving to Peoria. Joel was knowledgeable, thorough and kind enough to tolerate listening to an old lady sharing too much information with a smile on his face. I’d give an extra star if I could. I’ll be a repeat customer.
Angel was very courteous, knowledgeable and gave excellent service. He helped me better understand my furnace set up and answered each of my questions with detail. He checked everything and fixed the issue I was having with ease. I would definitely recommend Angel at Air Ace and will use their services again!
Joel and the other young man did a great job. They were on time when they said they would be there. They stayed on the job worked hard to finish it. They cleaned up when they were done . I couldn't ask for more.
