Think twice about hiring Bratcher: after reading many great online reviews and doing a ton of due diligence, we selected Bratcher to replace our aging geothermal unit and a reserve hot water heater tank. At first everything seemed great...a responsive, knowledgeable salesperson, all needed items in stock, and a quick installation timeline. However, when the installation began, things quickly went downhill. I learned from one of the installers (luckily) that the plan was to install four separate thermostats throughout our home to accommodate the four heating and cooling zones, and that there was not a central way to control them (a feature that we had with our old system). Instead, we would have to run all over the house, upstairs and down, to individually adjust each unit. I indicated that this was not going to be acceptable. The installer talked to the salesman, who contacted me. He offered a solution that would, naturally, cost an additional $800, which I agreed to in order to get the job done right (the additional amount eventually listed on the bill was $900, not $800, another Bratcher oversight / mistake). The rest of the installation proceeded seemingly normally. (And a quick aside to offer lots of praise for BJ and the other installers, they worked hard and solved numerous issues along the way). Later that night numerous problems developed: low water pressure, hot water quickly running our during showers (never had happened before), and the worst...the heat did not work as the temperature dropped to around freezing. We could only run the emergency heat to warm the house...all electric and very expensive to do for over 48 hours. I contacted the salesman to let him know. He indicated he would come to the house to check on things, and never arrived. He did come out the following Monday with a technician and they made some changes that finally produced heat. This place is top notch. From estimate to install and now maintenance of the system. Guys are all professional. Ladies in the office are friendly and helpful too.
They saved us $6500 and an un-needed repair on an otherwise good system. Our AC was not cooling off the house and another HVAC company came to troubleshoot and said we had a bad compressor and wanted to charge us $6500 for the repairs. I was going to pay it but then at the last minute called Bratcher for a second opinion. Their technician Jordan instantly found the problem was not the compressor but a bad thermostat wire. $85 later and our AC is back up and working better than it has in years. He also said they would replace the whole unit for less than what the first company wanted to charge us. Customers for life.

Great experience all around. I called and actually spoke to someone at Bratcher who took my information and told me a sales person would call me back. I needed a humidifier installed. When I got my call back (less than 2 hours later) Terry had already looked up my address to determine what size unit I would need and we sent the installation appointment over the phone. Day of installation, Joe arrived exactly on time and was extremely courteous and efficient with his installation. When he was done, he walked us through the usage and maintenance. His work area seemed to be cleaner after he left than it was when he arrived. I will definitely call Bratcher when I am ready to upgrade my furnace or A/C.

From start to finish it was a great transaction across the board!! The new AC system has made a night/ day difference!! I truly believe this was the best deal for my home and the LENNOX brand speaks for itself!! Incidentally the unit replaced was a LENNOX from 1988-and it still performed good-and I expect this one will go the distance as well!!

Couldn’t be happier with the service start to finish, Terry was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. The technicians were on time and very professional, they cleaned up after them selves and removed the old ac unit and parts. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend Bratcher to everyone.
When our AC didn’t start up on the first hot day of the year Matt S came out the very same day! He was very polite, trustworthy, and professional and explained in detail what the issue was before proceeding with repairs. Matt was fast and efficient and I am so grateful for his help! I would absolutely have him come out again if we needed any additional service and would recommend him to anyone! We will be using Bratcher again in the future, thanks again!
Bratcher Heating and Air are awesome, I have dealt with quite a few people from service as well as sales and everyone has been very professional and helpful. I would definitely continue using them in the future.
My furnace was old, called them when it wouldnt work, it was fixed and then had them order and install a new one all withing 1 week at the beginning of winter. They were professional and clean. Took away all old items and left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Thanks
