Jeff was very courteous and informative. His diagnostic report was clear and he delivered the repairs within the time he estimated. His approach to Health & Safety was welcome, especially with Covid 19. He wore a mask and booties indoors, which were well appreciated.
Jeff was very professional and quick when servicing my HVAC system. I called him twice due to both systems being down and he came within an hour servicing me at a quality price! I would highly recommend Santos Heating & Cooling firm to everyone!!
I called and secured an appointment to look at my AC. I called them the next day on a totally unrelated issue, and they told me they wouldn't be able to come out in the morning. The soonest they would be able to get me in was next week. It's fine to be busy, but that's an egregious reschedule that I had to call to find out about.
Emergency call in am, give appt window from 11-2, they call in afternoon to move it to 5-7, which given the situation was frustrating. I would have called someone else. Then no call, no show in the 5-7 window. Call multiple times but you are only dealing with an answering service, not the actual company. They have no answers, so you are never in direct contact with the company. Strongly do not recommend, use someone who values the customer and reaches out and communicates directly.
Danny has been servicing my HVAC system since he was a 2 man company. Since that time Danny and his employees from the office staff to the field techs have always provided outstanding customer service. He is a prime example of someone who is sincere, honest, humble, has a strong work ethic and always available to speak directly with his customers. He cares about his customers. He never tries to sell you a service or product that you don’t need. I wish there were more businesses that had Danny’s qualities as a business owner. I trust, respect and will continue to refer Santos Heating & Cooling to my friends and family.
These guys are my heroes! The repair man who came out told me we needed a new furnace and contacted. Santos Heating & Cooling, the salesman, told me they'd be able to come out the next day to install a new one. They arrived the next day and they were great. They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Santos was there when I really needed them and I couldn't be happier with their service. Highly recommended!!!
Mark was very professional. He took the time to explain to me the problem and the solution, and his rate was extremely fair and reasonable! He was punctual, thorough, responsive, and the work was top notch. Highly recommended!
The specialist came out for our annual inspection. He invited me along to, not only check out what he was doing, but to make sure I understood what was going on and how things worked. He was professional, friendly and tidy. The online booking was also easy to schedule. Highly recommended.

Worked with their technician to get a new AC and furnace. He made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He was very responsive to my calls and provided answers to my questions. The installation was perfect and everything works great. Couldn't be happier with the product and service.
I called Santos Heating & Cooling after my furnace stopped working.Their technician came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, explained what was wrong and what was needed to fix it.He also answered all of our questions. I was very pleased with his professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.
My family has been Santos Heating & Cooling customers for at least 2 years. Danny has serviced our ac and heat forever. We love knowing that the heat and AC will always work; Danny always does a professional and careful job, and recommends reasonable ideas to prolong the life of our ancient ac and heat units. I am very impressed with Santos Heating & Cooling. I was able to schedule a same-day service call. Danny arrived on time and was great. He quickly diagnosed the issue in my home and was able to give me an accurate estimate of costs and time for the repair. He took pictures of his repairs and thoroughly explained what he did.
Danny came out because we needed a new furnace. While we weren't expecting to have to buy a furnace, he really made the experience easy. He clearly knows the available equipment and was able to get a temp installation done for us in just a few hours. I would highly recommend Santos Heating & Cooling!

Denny from Santos Heating & Cooling called when he knew that he would be late than appointed time. We appreciated that call. We have had Santos Heating & Cooling for quite a few years now and just signed another maintenance agreement for the year. We have always been happy with their service.They never disappoint!!!
I did not expect that our old AC unit could be repaired.They actually did it! Very good service company; my AC unit broke down and the tech who repaired it last told us it won't be repaired again .I am happy to announce that the AC is going strong after Danny worked on it. He had the necessary parts when he arrived and finished the job in time.
