The guys were great. On time, told me only what I needed. Will absolutely recommend!!
They were really fast at responding - they showed up a day earlier than the booked date and then quoted a multi-5 figure number to install 3 split AC units. Others were 1/6 of their cost. Because they showed up ahead of schedule, I wasn’t there to talk to the tech. Maybe they didn’t understand the ask???? I can’t rate their work - leaving this review to share my experience.
Replaced my leaky toilet water supply valve quickly and no issues since. I highly recommend this company.
Needed a one way valve installed. When they arrive, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. They did the work very quickly and extreamly well. They even took the time to show me the parts that were replaced.
Quick, professional, friendly. Gave me the option to order the part needed myself, have them order, or submit claim to manufacturer to see if replacement would be covered under warranty.
They called me till 7:00 to fix an undraining bed though they came cannot fix it didn't do anything charge me $250 evenly to go with me 207 and ask for $1,600 to replace all pipes that they say it was incorrectly installed I called another plumber they charge me only $180 and fix everything in half an hour these people are not professional at all do not ever call them they are scammers
Extremely professional and straightforward explanation of options and pricing. Auggie and his crew kept a very clean work area, did great quality work in a quick manner and were very conscientious of working in our home. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Augie and Jo were professional and courteous. They fixed an outdoor faucet and hose and replaced a cartridge in my shower. The work was done well and all in the same day. I would use 1800 Plumber again. Thanks, Joe Rizzo

Auggie D and a coworker came out and was very thorough in his explanation of what was happening with the leakage that I was experiencing assessed the situation provided a solution and future prevention methods. I would highly recommend the usage of this company. I have already started to spread the word amongst my community.

Both Augi and his partner arrived right on time, looked at the issue, gave me a couple repair options, I choose the option that best fit my budget, and next thing you know they got to work! They were in and out in about a half hour after repairing my appliance. This has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a plumber, and I will definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you!

Joe and Auggie were prompt and very knowledgeable about my issue. They fixed everything in about an hour and was very helpful with my questions and concerns. I'm looking forward to using these guys in for any future plumbing issues as well as referring them to friends and family! Thanks guys!
