We knew our furnace and A-C were at least 25 years old and time for replacement. We got 3 quotes. Although Fire-n-Ice was not the cheapest, the owner, Jim, took the time to inspect what we had, listen to what we wanted and quoted a new heat pump system to meet our needs. The crew, Dan & Chris, did a great job installing the new system and provided insightful explanations of the system and components, they answered all my questions. I recommend Fire-n-Ice.
We had Fire ‘n’ ice out this week for our annual maintenance check. I have had some horrible experiences with other companies but Fire ‘n’ Ice guys were on time, professional, and were great at explaining what was being done. The price was right also. I will definitely be using them again in the future and just recommended them to my neighbor.
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC !! THEY REPLACED A 40 YEAR OLD BOILER IN MY HOME . I BELIEVE IF GOD NEEDED A NEW HEATING SYSTEM IN HEAVEN. HE'D DEFINITELY WOULD COME TO "FIRE N ICE" AND GIVE A HUGE "THUMBS UP" AND PUT A HALO ON KRIS, DAN & JIM'S HEAD. WORK PREFORMED WAS PROFESSIONAL, NEAT, CLEAN, & PAID ATTENTION TO SMALL DETAILS . my igniter went out on my furnace over the weekend. The technician called and with their weekend fixed visit fee (which was highest of the 5 24hr companies i called) and their crazy per 15 min labor rate and the igniter he quoted me around 600 dollars. the part is around 20 dollars and goes on with one screw. ive changed one in 3 minutes. The company i ended up going with did it for 175. They have a lot of good reviews because I am sure they probably do great work but i will not do business with someone that tries to take advantage of you when you have a failure at an inoppertune time.

Our experience with Fire "n" Ice has been excellent over the years, at least 15!. This is our first review and thought we would pass on how well their technician John did. John was so very polite, kept everything clean and very thoughtful in his process. He answered questions and kept us informed as to what he was doing. John made the experience a delight and represented his company very well - a joy to have him handle our service.
We called Fire 'n' Ice when the heat in our top floor suddenly stopped working. They came the next day, and after some extensive time at our boiler, the repair tech DJ told us we would need a new boiler. (It was well over 30 years old.) Definitely not the best news you want to hear, but Fire N Ice made the whole process so easy. Jim came out within 20 minutes of DJ giving us the news and provided a quote that day, (the price was very reasonable) along with information about financing options (that were super easy to apply for.) DJ then came back out on the appointment day with Chris to get everything installed. They were so helpful, informative, and answered all of my questions. There is a reason these guys have a 5 star rating. (I would give them 10 stars if I could.) Thank you so much for taking care of us Fire 'n' Ice!!
3 years ago we needed new furnace and A/C. I asked people who are knowledgeable about HVAC and I was told that the installation was as important as the quality of the unit itself. I did some research and landed on Fire N Ice. Their price was competitive and their reviews stellar. Their installation was flawless and for the last 3 years they have come for annual maintenance. Every tech that has come to our home has been on time, knowledgeable and very clean. Thank you Fire N Ice!
I called Fire N Ice this past Monday when my old AC went out. Within 10 minutes Jim was calling to schedule an appointment for the very next day. Jim was amazing walking me through exactly what I needed for my house. He was fair and honest and did not try to up price me on systems I did not need. They were able to come out within 48 hours for installation. When the techs arrived they were on time, professional and amazing communicators. After installation they took the time to walk us through the system and how to maintain. The owners called us later in the night to make sure we were happy. In a time with high inflation Fire N Ice gave me a great value for the quality Carrier products. We will be using Fire N Ice for all of our hvac needs going further.
We had one of our HVAC units replaced by Fire n Ice, and were very satisfied with the service. They were very responsive and able to come out to our house quickly when we called. Jim was very good about explaining everything and answering all of our questions. I thought he was very fair and knowledgeable. Kris and Kent did a great job with the install, arriving on time (even a little early). They both were kind, knowledgeable, and also very good about answering all of our questions as well as explaining everything they thought we should know. The team was upfront and honest, performed the work on time, with good communication.

I recommend Fire 'n Ice heartily! We needed an after hours repair call on a hot, Friday at my elderly Mother's Condo and were so impressed! The office staff waded patiently through the association 's paperwork requirements and expedited it (the owner and Manager double-teamed it to make it happen). Our Technician, John helped us find her unmarked AC unit and quickly assessed it and had it working in no time. (And yes, he marked her unit before he left.) I can't thank them all enough for their skill, professionalism and caring.

On install day all the guys were super nice and kept everything clean and efficient and didn’t disrupt my busienss at all. Super excited to enjoy our A/C and not sweat anymore!
We had two new Carrier Furnaces installed. Jim was patient and great in explaining the replacement options, furnace features and costs. Kris and Kent were punctual (they actually came early and waited for 7:30am, the start time), professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained an issue they saw while they were replacing the old furnaces and were respectful/careful with flooring/walls. We have had no issues and would highly recommend them to all our family and friends.
Jim and Kris delivered fantastic service and responded back quickly with several questions I had about the heating system and installation. Definitely would recommend this company to others!

We had a new unit installed by Fire n ice. Jim was great, he explained our options, made a great recommendation and even pointed out that the unit one of the other guys was quoting would have stuck out over my walk way 6-8 inches. His honesty and helpfulness was refreshing. The installer was amazing and we are super happy with our unit and our experience. Great folks very friendly and professional!
I highly recommend Fire and Ice. Michelle took the time to explain my AC system and went out of her way to get me an appointment in a timely manner. I had one company tell me I needed an entirely new AC. Fire and Ice was able to get it back and running smoothly with a few simple adjustments. I am so glad I called them!!
During this last horrible stretch of horrid weather my furnace decided to stop working. Frantically I put a post on my fb asking for a reliable company. Within minutes I was directed to this company from multiple people. When calling them, someone answered on the second ring and was at my home in 20 minutes. The technician was able to determine that the machine was about to die. He was able to bypass the problem and get me heat to make it through the night. Might I add I have a 10 year old and a 11 month old so, no heat was not a option. The next day they came back and replace my unit. They have earned my respect and business because of how they handled the situation.
