Very satisfied! From when they first answered the phone, to thanking us for calling them at the end of the service call, EconoTemp was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The invoice was less than I expected as well. I won’t hesitate to call them again.

We have been using EconoTemp for years. They are everything you want out of an HVAC company. They not only service your products, but teach you too. We called the other day because our AC was not working properly. Initially they made the appointment two days out, but called us back and told us they could send a tech out that day. Quality service, honest pricing, and overall great experience.

Great service. Their technician, Bruce, diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner very quickly. He invited me to come along with him as he looked at the unit outside. He changed the part that he said was the problem and showed me The damaged piece. Very upfront and professional service. I will definitely be using them again.

Tech Steve showed up on time, had the part on his truck to repair my problems, and the prices were fair. I received an accurate invoice that I was ableto pay with a creditcard. It's great to use a local family-run business that will fix an older system that otherwise works fine instead of trying to sell you a new one.

The technician showed up to do yearly maintenance on my AC. It was a hot day and my AC was not blowing out cold air. So the technician came in and proceeded to try to sell me into a new unit even though I was not prepared for this expense. He told me to get other estimates and I have a new AC today by another company at $1500 less than Econotemp and I have a carrier unit, top of the line and all brand new refrigerant lines and everything. I'm very happy. Econotemp was my company for 30 years and this last time I was not happy with the way the technician tried to hard sell me within 15 minutes of his arrival. No longer their customer.
Paul arrived on time and did great work. Paul did a great job… friendly and knowledgeable. The vents were booming every time we turned on the a/c. Turned out the company who put the new a/c in forgot to hook it up to some of the ducts. Signed up for their maintenance plan for the year. I know we will be in great hands. Highly Recommend!

The technician, Bill, did a great job describing what would work best for my home and my budget. I appreciate that the person who sold me my new AC unit was the person who also installed it. They were on time, clean, and left no trace of materials behind when done. Job well done!
The sales representative we met with was very helpful in providing us information to help us make our decision to go with EconoTemp. The three technicians that installed our heating system and AC did a great job. They explained important information about each system and answered all our questions. They were very professional.
