Worst company ever would not recommend to anyone
I've been a Jacobazzi customer since 2014. They are always kind, professional and happy in their work. They live and work locally, making them a great part of the community. They are available to help at all hours but have always fit me in quickly during normal hours, which is awesome as problems only seem to happen during peak weather.
Good people; very reliable and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them to help you with your heating and cooling needs.
One call and a tech came right out and got our heat working temporarily. Next trip, a new furnace was in and running before dinner time. Prompt, professional and efficient.
Had been using them multiple times. Recently the service has been bad. Had them out twice for the same problem and had to call a different company to try and fix it. If you are planning on using them, I say try to fix it yourself. You will probably get the same results. When we called to discuss why our bill the second time was so high, we got a response of "we have to keep the doors open, that's why it was so much". I really doubt if a business like heating and cooling has struggled during the pandemic. Poor excuse for a company.
Quick response and very good service- good prices...had the ac cleaned and charged...works great
The thermostat they installed is not working. I have called and emailed Denise multiple times and they are no longer responding. I just want my new A/C system to work!! Sometimes things dont work, but not responding to a customer is unacceptable.
Had a great experience from the beginning to end! The technicians that came out were knowledgable & went above what was needed. They really cared about doing the job correct & didnt leave until it was to my mom's satisfaction. I would highly recommend them!

I am in the process of opening a complaint with BBB Better Business Bureaus since they absolutely refused to acknowledge my grievance.. PLEASE stay away from Jacobazzi!!! I wish I can say they serviced my furnace superbly, however, Denise, the owner's wife, who was quick to take my money never returned any emails, nor voicemails, not to mention issuing a justified refund for an expensive job ~$1k, not even an apology! After a botched up repair by Jacobazzi the firefighters had to evacuate my building on a Saturday night due to life threatening carbon monoxide release. It cost additional time and money to properly fix the furnace by a licensed contractor... Do not hire Jacobazzi, they NEVER want to hear from you once they get paid unfortunately and do not take any accountability..
Didn’t solve issues but still charged extra $250. Tony is the rudest man I have ever seen.
I’ve known Tony and Denise for many years, and they are always available to help and assist with heating and cooling needs. I have called after hours in the past, especially during summer months, and it has never been a problem for them to send someone out to the house. I recently had my furnace replaced, and Tony came over and made suggestions/recommendations for the best possible outcome. I was provided brochures regarding three furnaces he recommended, and Denise outlined the entire cost for each furnace including duct work if I decided to go in that directions. The furnace was installed and delivered on time and as promised. The two men that worked in my house were professional, polite, and answered all of my questions. I went with the additional air exchanges, which required placing additional vents in the upper wall of my home, in seven locations. The work was flawless and these was NO mess to clean up. I can go on and on…. Jacobazzi has always meet all of my heating and cooling needs and I highly recommend them. Thank you Denise and Tony.
These people have no idea what they are doing almost burnt my 70 year old parents house down then tried to charge them to fix the mistake they made. They are criminals
A positive experience all around! From my first chat with Kim on the phone, to the technician who cared enough not to rush - finding out what was needed to get our wall heater unit up and running.!
Although Jacabazzi is a local Downers Grove HVAC company, I was unaware of their name or reputation. I contacted six other dealers for air conditioner information and estimates, but really wasn’t satisfied with any of the scanty information, sales pressure and/or inflated prices. My son said he was pleased with Jacabazzi’s installation of a furnace, so to move forward I decided to give them a call. The next morning Tony was at my door, observing inside and outside and making notes. He then handed me his business card, a Bryant brochure with an a/c model, material needed, a price and asked if I had questions. Absolutely no pressure. I emailed Tony that evening with several additional questions. He called several times the next morning (but I wasn’t home), followed by calls from his wife and co-owner, Denise. When we connected, Denise gave abundant information to my questions. She gave generously of her time and expertise to assure me that I would be pleased with their company, their workers and their product. Denise’s experience, intimate knowledge of the company’s products, and pride in their employees and their installation sealed the deal. Early the next hot morning, Brandon and Josh started installation and four hours later, I had a new a/c and a spotless family room. I’m very glad to have found a local trustworthy business with high professional standards, one that values their reputation and their customers’ satisfaction. It’s no wonder that Jacabazzi HVAC is listed in Bryant’s Circle of Champions! I will definitely recommend the Jacabazzi heating and cooling business to friends and neighbors whose units need replacement.
I have been working with Jacobazzi now for almost 30 years. They installed the AC in a new home for me in Woodridge in mid 80s with better product and price than builder. Upon moving to Naperville we have used them for 2 more CA units and now a great Bryant 2 stage furnace - we wouldn't think of going elsewhere. A family owned business that really does care, not a faceless corp. I would recommend calling Denise or Tony for your HVAC needs, you won't be disappointed.

Denise and Tony provided us with top-notch service and product at a reasonable price. They did not try to over-sell me like several other HVAC companies I called for service.
I have been a customer of Jacobazzi H & C for 24 years. They provide professional service, competative pricing and expert installations. I have purchased two furnaces and one air conditioner. I highly recommend this family owned business.
I am still enjoying a warm cozy house thanks to Jacobazzi! For years another HVAC company said they fixed my problem… but year after year I had to trek through the snow to fix my ventilation pipe. Jacobazzi fixed the problem and for a VERY reasonable price. Good HONEST company! Thanks Jacobazzi
