Joe and his team did my complete HVAC system in my home last year. Price and quality of work were excellent, so much so that I called them yesterday to replace the furnace in my parents home. They were here bright and early this morning and a few hours later, another beautiful install is complete. The house is toasty warm. Highly recommend.
Expert replaced our Water heater and Chimney liner. The owner Joe was very responsive and sent his installers out to replace our water heater. The installers Anthony and Paul were professional and they cleaned up when the job was done. I found Joe's price fair and I liked that Experts is a family run business.
Joe was really responsive and and sent a repairman out right away. We had our hot water heater replaced along with the chimney liner. The repairmen were professional and cleaned up after all of the work done. Joe's pricing was very fair. We like using family run businesses and the service they provided was great!

Anthony and Jo/Jo - from Expert Heating in Downers Grove , Il installed a new AC for my house on July 27, 2022. Both are very professional and performed excellent jobs. I am very satisfied with the installation so far. AC works very well (so far) . I would recommend Expert Heating and both employees : Anthony and JoJo, and Joe Kasallis for any projects relating to heating and AC.
amazing company...came out same day during the heat wave a couple weeks back when other comanies were scheduling appointments a week out or putting you on a list to call back just for service. expert was very thoughtful and were able to squeeze us in for a last min appointment right before going out of town. thanks again~~
Service tech deemed my air conditioner died, asked for a replacement quote. Nothing. I then bought a new air conditioner at another place, but they do not install. Tech called me, he forgot to charge me the service call. At that time I asked if they would install my new air conditioner. He said they would get back to me. Nothing again! I liked the Tech, but can't recommend the company. I feel they left me hanging twice. I'm done.
I like using them for HVAC issues because they typically can get someone out to you on the same day. Their experts know what they're doing and get the job done quickly.
We purchased replacement Lenox HVAC system from Expert in 2011. They have promptly and capably serviced the units since then, including an upgrade of the air filtration system. I recommend them without hesitation.

Anthony and Joe - Joe from Expert Heating in Downers Grove , Il installed a new AC in the summer time of 2021 and new furnace in 2022. Both are very professional and performed excellent jobs. Expert Heating was quick to respond with quality service. The installation of a Aprilaire system was not easy. The job was done well and the tech. Anthony did some additional work to make it meet his and company standards. Thank you for a great and professional job. Highly recommend.
Water heater part was hard to find….but they found it snd installed it within one day. Very professional and let me know what was happening all day.
Needed to have a couple items checked before closing on purchase of a home. They were great to work with in getting the appointment scheduled and arrived timely.

Called And Set Appt. A Week In Advance No One Showed Up No call From Non Expert Heating. I Called Them 2x Got Voicemail, They Don't Deserve One Star.....
