I needed my 20+ year old furnace and weak A/C system replaced. I always like to support local businesses. From the first call WeatherWise gave me team service. The WeatherWise team made me feel my decision was the right one. The first visit to inspect my old system and quote me prices for new options was professional and stress free. The installers were quick and responsive to my concerns. They even came back to address a small issue that arose after install. And they did it on MY schedule. Excellent company. Great value.
My experience was above and beyond! I couldn’t recommend the WeatherWise team enough! From the first rep Tommy John to the install area was nothing but exceptional service. I am so thankful for the whole team!!! Thank you for being extremely professional and helpful from the beginning to the end!
WeatherWise came and installed a new furnace back during the February ice storms. Unfortunately, they left the hose from our water softener out of the drain after they replaced the furnace. Two days later, we found our finished basement to be flooded. Our plumber diagnosed the problem and was in full agreement that this was due to Weather Wise's negligence. When I called WeatherWise to let them know about what happened, the owner of the business denied that this was their fault, and also was very unprofessional in the way he responded to me calling him about my concerns, stating that he was going through some personal issues with his father and that my basement issue wasn't not exactly a priority for him in that moment. While I understand that personal matters should never be downplayed, as a small business owner myself, I cannot even imagine dismissing the need of a client in this type of way. To make matters worse, the fact that Weather Wise tried to blame us for the issue with the hose was astounding to me. We have lived in our home since 2017 and our water softener hose being out of the drain was never an issue until coincidentally right after Weather Wise replaced our furnace. We had to take out a claim on our homeowners insurance because of their negligence and it has been a real nightmare dealing with the residual impact of their mess. They were quick to come and replace our furnace, which was great, but their dishonesty in not owning up to their mistake leaves a huge pit in my stomach, even four months after the whole ordeal.
Very happy and impressed with everyone I’ve dealt with in this experience. Very friendly and professional. Tommy J. was great on explaining my situation with my homes heating and cooling system, we needed a new furnace and Ac unit, and he made the process of purchasing new equipment extremely easy. The installers were incredible. I can see that they take pride in their work no doubt. If you are in search in finding an HVAC company I can strongly recommend this company because there is no stress or worry when dealing with this incredible team of people. They took care of us and we just want to say Thank you.
Weatherwise Heating and Cooling Inc did an outstanding job replacing our central air conditioning unit. Brandon provided excellent communication. The installation crew were very professional, courteous, and neat. The experience was excellent, and the entire process went very smoothly from obtaining a quote through installation of the unit. We highly recommend Weatherwise!

They did a great job. Very reasonable price and awesome install. The installation was a lot of work and they did it all in one day. Awesome installation team and very friendly to keep me up to date on how everything is going. Everything workes great and I’d recommend them to my friends and family! Brand new AC, Furnace, and smart thermostat.

I had Weatherwise come to my house to replace a Bradley-White water heater that was still within its warranty period. I told them to bring a water heater with them since it was leaking. They stated that they need a service technician to verify the leak and there was $95 dollar charge that would be applied towards any labor costs for the replacement. I gave them specific instructions to call me before leaving my home since my wife was the one who met with the technician Tom. Not only did they leave before calling me, but they made my wife pay them $95 on the spot and did not replace the leaking water heater. The technician called me from his truck and explained that the warranty was void since I did not have Weatherwise perform annual service visits. I researched the warranty and found this not to true and contacted the owner Frank who refused to call me back. I had the water heater replaced under warranty by Althoff. Weatherwise is a scam outfit who refuses to honor their manufactures warranties and doesn't have the decency to call their customers back when they are caught in a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESSS WITH THIS COMPANY! Frank, you have my number but I am still waiting for your call. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Signed, John Spratt Response: Weatherwise refused to replace the tank under the manufacturers 6 year warranty. I was willing to pay for the labor. The tech did not call me prior to leaving because I had to call him as he was driving to the next service call. Honestly, why would I have Althoff replace the tank if you allegedly offered to cover it under warranty? I stand by my words.
We had a wonderful experience with Weatherwise. Tommy was extremely attentive and was determined to figure out why our thermostat wouldn’t work properly. Hands down exceptional customer service! And they are family owned with us another huge plus! Support family owned!
WeatherWise installed our furnace and air conditioner just 21 months ago, yet when the furnace failed due to a faulty circuit board, they claimed the manufacturer’s five-year warranty was no longer valid because we did not use them to provide annual maintenance. They provided no service reminder and no follow-up on the original installation, and the warranty document that came with the furnace says the furnace is warranted for five years from installation. The repair cost more than $800. WeatherWise’s response is unprofessional. They do not stand by the products they sell.
We love our new Carrier air conditioner and furnace system that WeatherWise installed for us. The entire staff was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. We look forward to using them for maintenance in the future, and any repair work we may need. Thank you WeatherWise!
My furnace went out and I called WeatherWise Heating & Cooling after reading some Google reviews. Shortly after calling they had a service technician come out and assess the situation. The tech mentioned that there was a considerable amount of Carbon Monoxide being emitted from the burner and that it was not safe to use. We agreed to replace the 20+ year old furnace with a new one. They came out shortly after that to install a new one. Ever since then, the furnace has been working great with no issues. They were timely, professional and informative throughout the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s looking for an HVAC/AC service.
Heat decided to go out on New Years Day, within 2 hours of making a call to Weather Wise, I had Tommy at my house performing a diagnosis and providing me some options for repairs. I decided to replace my unit, the entire team came together and got it installed the same day. This is a company that cares about their customers! I am thankful for them fitting me into their schedule last minute. I highly recommend Weather Wise!
