Dan and his team were the best. They were prompt with their responses and punctual to all of the appointments we made with them. They installed a new tankless water heater in my house and they did an excellent job. They work was extremely professional and they left the house like they were never there. I can't say enough about Northern Continental and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Dan and your team, you guys rock.

The degree of professionalism was actually amazing. I was in HVAC for several years and I can tell you that these people are honest.. they were very professional when installing the air conditioning system neat and clean.. The pad for the air conditioner was installed level... I can't remember the salesman's name but he was extremely easy to deal with. I'm 74 years old and he treated me with a great deal of respect not looking down at me because of my age and the fact that I'm a woman. If you're a woman reading this you understand what I'm talking about. I've recommended them for repairs and everyone has come back to me and said they'll never use anyone else. If anyone would like to see the work that they did please contact Continental you have my permission. UPDATE 11/4/22.. My April air whole house humidifier was not working. I called them because of the work that was done previously. The owner came his name was Dave. He removed a panel that my previous company never removed. He found a wire that was off and apparently that had been off since installation which is it's about 3 years ago. For some reason the water to the April had been turned off and it wouldn't have been me because I couldn't have reached it and I would have had no reason. He knew exactly what was wrong. He was here probably 20 minutes and checked everything. I've recommended him to several people and everyone is always come back and lauded me for recommending them. There are three other companies that would not recommend. I've lived in this home for almost 30 years so I've had two heating systems installed three air conditioners and I would never go to anyone else except for Northern.
We have had Northern Continental service our Heating & Air Conditioning since 2007. Their company staff has been reliable, kind, efficient, friendly, and very responsive. I don't hesitate to call them, or trust them with any of my HVAC needs. Thanks Dave for your company's wonderful service!

Service was quick and thorough.
The tech that came out was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Two days after the repairs the heater went out again. Had another company come because we were told it was going to be double the price since it was the weekend. Found out that the original tech left something in the furnace by mistake as he was cleaning it which caused the new problem. Called back to complain about having to pay another company for the error, no response from anyone 3 days later! And we have been loyal customers for over 20 years! Not the customer service I will be dealing with again! Very disappointed.
