Horrible horrible horrible. I would not recommend them for any work especially on a furnace! My mom booked a appointment today because our furnace kept coming off. Instead of fixing the problem with the $200 WE PAID THEM WITH. And that they REASSURED US THEY CAN FIX THE PROBLEM! They decided to Damage the furnace completely to the point that now it won’t come on and then not only that they ran off with our $200 . PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF FROM THE FAKE REVIEWS THEY ARE HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NOT SUGGEST ANYONE COMING TO THEM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE!
I've dealt with Tiger Heating And Cooling Service a couple times now and they have been amazing and always show up the same day I call. They're always polite and the reception lady even calls to check and make sure everything was working great. Super awesome client service! I will always continue to use them for any further HVAC issues I come across!!
Paid for the service call, they said someone will be out between 1 and 4. I called back at 3:30 because I haven’t heard anything. The guy said he will call the technician and call me back and he never did. I call this morning and they said they will have to reschedule till next week! If you knew this on Thursday why take my money and tell me someone will be out between 1and 4 had me seating around the house for 4 hrs and not call! Unprofessional!!
Ken was extremely thorough and gave an ample amount of time and explanation for all of my questions. He didn’t mind my dog’s poor social skills and made me aware of several issues other companies had not brought to my attention. He gave me a list of questions to ask other companies if I decided not to go with Tiger Heating And Cooling Service. He even wore shoe covers into my home to ensure he didn’t leave any contractor residue upon walking up my carpeted stairs.

Our technician was very professional and thorough. It may be difficult to have these sorts of interactions in the COVID era but he took all the right precautions I expected.
