Ed is amazing! I couldn’t believe how fast he called us after submitting an online request and on a Holiday weekend! He was able to get our heat up and running again and was so patient and knowledgeable. We will 100% have him back for our AC maintenance soon now that the weather is warming up! Hands down recommend and we already shared with six of our friends and family members. Only company will ever use for any heating and cooling needs.

I have used their services many times and not once have they failed me. Always does great work and this last time was no different. I trust Ed. He told me my furnace maybe on its last leg and he’s not the first to have said that. This system was very old. Ed worked with me and helped me find a unit that was cost effective and manageable for me and my budget…he cares and that makes a big difference. He had a new unit up and running well ahead of the brutal cold snap. I’m am truly grateful for the peace of mind this service has given me. Quality and care all the way.

I've got a Unico AC unit and everywhere I called told me they couldn't work on it or get parts for it. Then I called Around The Town. Ed asked me clear and specific questions about my unit, quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone, and showed up with the right part in hand. Within an hour, he had everything up and running for a very fair price. A+ service, in the middle of a heatwave no less.

Our heating unit was making a high pitch noise and the good thing was that it wasn’t cold out in case it went out. Got on the phone and scheduled an appointment, which Ed told me that I might need a tune up on my furnace over the phone. Well Ed came over and took care of our problem for us and just in time as the weather was going to be dropping in a couple days. Furnace has been working very smooth, noise went away after the tune up and much needed cleaning. It was great knowing I was supporting a veteran owned business.
Ed was responsive, honest and a straight shooter and conscious of budget. It's been a long time since I used him, but glad I remembered his company and jom. I want forget the next time I need any HVAC work done. Call Ed..you won't be disappointed.
Had around the town come out and service my hot water tank. They were very friendly and helpful. Got the problem fixed quickly and was very fairly priced. Will definitely use them in the future.

When my home heating system when out I called AROUND THE TOWN HEATING and received service the same day. Absolutely the best service I have ever received getting our heat back up and running and being a new business this was extremely crucial to us. I called in and he was here in 20 minutes after I had already tried 4 other places who could not get to me tell the next day. No matter what you heating or AC needs are this is the place you need to call. Fast, friendly and great service!!

I can’t say enough about this company. The owner came out at 2pm on Christmas Eve to see why my furnace wasn’t working. He took his time to explain and answer my questions. Fair and honest prices. Best part is I have heat for Christmas.
I needed my radiator checked and Ed came out the next day. Ed checked for issues and replaced a valve. When I noticed a small leak, I called Ed, he rearranged his schedule, came out the same day, and resolved the issue. When he was leaving, he heard a loud hissing from another radiator, looked at it and found a broken vent. He replaced it immediately even though it was not part of the initial service call. Ed was professional and friendly. I would use Ed again.
I recommend everyone who has any issue with their HVAC to call this company. I’ve had 3 instances over 4 years where I called and they fit my wife and I in at anytime. Single mom. Money is tight. Ed the owner came in cleaned my furnace he found a huge mistake the tin man company made. You know the one. Ed fixed it properly.
