I called the company because our AC stopped working. The technician told us we need a new AC because it was leaking some fluid. We agreed to replace that unit trusting the technician. We were charged $7,000 for this unit. A week later the AC stopped working again. My husband went downstairs and noticed the new pipe they installed was frosted and leaking. We called them again to fix this issue. The tech said it was fine just the catch pan was out of place. A few days later again AC stops working. We call again they send a technician out and know he says it a control board issue and probably got water damage that would cost US another $1,700 to replace! We said we are not paying for that because they obviously caused the damage when installing that new AC because if that damage was there originally the past technicians should have been able to see it. Now the company has left us with no AC for 3 day in 90 degree weather because they are supposed “look into it” but every time I call their is no update and I get told someone will reach out with a resolution but no one has yet to do that for the past 3 days! *update* The management team reached out and set up a same day repair (no charge). Our home has working air conditioning now!
I have recently had the experience of dealing with Four Seasons Heating and Air-conditioning, and unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. In June, I scheduled an appointment with them to address an issue with my air conditioning system, and despite being given a four-hour window of 10 am to 2 pm, the technician did not arrive within that timeframe. Instead, the technician showed up a frustrating two hours later. To my dismay, I find myself facing a similar situation today, July 5th. The technician informed me that they were just 20 minutes away from my property, but an hour has passed since that call, and they still have not arrived. This consistent lack of punctuality, coupled with the dishonesty displayed by the technician, has caused immense inconvenience and frustration. Given these repeated instances of unreliability, I find it necessary to express my dissatisfaction with Four Seasons Heating and Air-conditioning. Their unprofessional conduct and inability to honor their scheduled appointments have greatly inconvenienced me as a customer. Consequently, I cannot recommend their services to others, as there are certainly more reliable and professional alternatives available.
I contacted four season for the annual cleaning of my AC Unit. This service was fine and they did a good job. However, they then tried to sell me a new unit because mine is old and damaged (but still works) and told me I need a new furnace as well. They quoted me $16,000 for the pair before telling me all the things I can do to possibly get it cheaper. I contacted a local small HVAC business and they quoted me the exact same replacements for $7,400 and also told me that my furnace is in good shape. Four season is fine to clean your AC unit, but if you were going to buy a new system i would strongly recommend you look elsewhere unless you want to get taken advantage of by someone looking to make some commission.

The warranty is great. The sales guy was very condescending. The installers one knew what he was doing the other was just there. A lot of what I wanted to be done wasn’t relayed to the installers so it took more time to get done. When I thought everything was done found out there was a cut wire so humidifier wasn’t working.
Very responsive and professional. Turn around time for service repair is very swift. If I had to change one thing, it would be the $80 fee that charge to come out. This fee should be subtracted from any repair fee’s but it is not.
Our AC went out two days ago, and it has been 85+ degrees in our house. We had an appointment scheduled for service this morning, with an arrival window of 8am-12noon. We booked two days ago and called last evening to confirm the service window for today. We asked if it was possible to request that we be earlier in that window since I needed to try to get to work asap— they said they could not guarantee bit would note the request. At 10:20am, I called to check on progress: was clear that we were not able to get into the earlier part of the window (which we understood was not guaranteed) but needed to confirm that we were still on track for an arrival by noon. I was told the tech was assigned and was on his way to our house: the tech had been asked by dispatch to call me to provide an update. I did not receive. At noon, nobody had showed up so I called again: was told that the tech had been assigned and was on his way—same response I received more than an hour and a half before. Was told again that the dispatcher had instructed the tech to call me immediately to provide an update. It has been 50 minutes and I have received no update. I have taken a half day off of work and have been told multiple times that someone was on their way/would call me. Service window was completely missed with no explanation or apparent sense of urgency to do anything to resolve. I have spent the last 30 minutes calling other places to see if anyone can come out to us today, before the 95+ degree day tomorrow— we are on some waitlists for a same day/express service that will costs us an additional $100 for the rush call, and I will have to stay home to wait on standby for these other folks. For all of the reasons above, I very strongly encourage you to use a different provider.
After having my furnace cleaned it lasted for 2 week called company back out only guarantee they would come back out for free was told I needed a new motor 1700.00 the repair man should had been able to let me know my motor was no good. Not happy with 4 season 😕 😒
So our furnace & A/C unit came from them. They also perform seasonal clean & check maintenance on both units. In addition, they upgraded my circuit breaker and installed a chimney liner. I have no complaints. The techs are always efficient and professional. They get the job done right!
I am not happy with four season they came in an messed up my heater causing me to have more problems with my heater then what I had
Tech came out and cleaned everything. Made recommendations on what to do to fix certain issues but I never felt pressured. Great service. Will definitely be using again.
Service was horrible was called out to see why the heat wasn’t coming out good technician came out and when he got done I went from having little heat to cold and found out from another company that he hooked the cold wires to the hot wouldn’t recommend to my enemy
We had Krys perform our AC repair. He was terrific!! He was extremely knowledgeable and super nice! we've always had great service with Four Seasons. Highly recommend.
The technician that was here was really good at his job. He explained everything he did and was very professional.
I have not had any issues with Four Seasons and their technical staff. Great service and always professional. The service technician was able to answer all my questions and completed the routine maintenance of my HVAC system very efficiently.
Furnace & water heater installed today. I noticed the smell of gas lingering near the units about 2 hours after the techs left. Had to call the fire department to inspect and turn off my gas; sure enough there was a leaky valve. Customer service gave me a four hour window to wait for someone to fix this issue. This was definitely irksome because I spent almost 7 hours waiting for the job to be done in the first place-- I was quoted at 3 to 5 hours when techs arrived. I wouldn’t be upset with the time spent on the install if it had been done correctly in the first place. I spent a total of 14 hours start to finish for this to be done; it was almost 10 pm by the time the third technician was finished fixing the leak. On the one hand, good to know that they're available so late, but not a fun way to spend the day in my new home. Took a lot of time and patience to negotiate with customer service but eventually they did help me find resolution regarding this issue. Unsure at this time if I will use this company again in the future, but the service recovery certainly helped make a bad situation better. Three stars is for the eventual help of customer service team & the friendliness of the techs they sent to my home.
Great team handling a replacement and thermostat install after a flood. A close friend recommended them and I’m very satisfied with the professionalism and the work.
Were professional at all times and explained everything in detail. Made me feel confident that the job was done correctly and I would be able to use it without any problems; which is very important knowing cold weather will soon be here.
The serviceman was friendly but professional. He was masked and practiced social distancing. I was very comfortable with him in my home. He answered questions and made suggestions. I was quite pleased with the service.
