Jonathan came out on a holiday to service our AC unit. He was timely, friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain what was wrong with our unit and how he was going to fix it, and he answered all my questions. Shaun went up and above to make sure we had air conditioning today before he left and explained all the issues with my old outdated unit. He quoted me the price of a replacement unit, making me comfortable in my decision to move forward. He showed up on time, was very patient and understanding with us, very professional in every aspect, I Have used Thompson and Thompson several times for many different projects , I am never disappointed.
Chris came out perform routine maintenance on hvac and did a great job. He was through and informative. Would like him out for all future visits.

The Customer Service Representative worked me into the schedule upon discussing the problem. Once Josh arrived, the issue was diagnosed, I was given an estimate (explained the charges) and the problem corrected. Pleased with the care shown and willingness to help with the resolution.

We had used Thompson and Thompson previously for electrical work and were satisfied with the service, despite it being a little pricey. However, I called multiple different times for almost 2 weeks to have them come out and quote us for a new AC unit. No one ever answered the phone and I wasn’t even sent to voicemail. Just left on hold for over 20 minutes every time. I went online to try to book an appointment, but the scheduling system seemed to be down. I used the online chat and no one was available to chat with. It said someone would reply by email once they were in the office but no one ever did. I understand that this is likely a busy time for them, but I tried for WEEKS to get ahold of them with no success. I am also a current customer of theirs. You would think they would want to keep loyal customers. I ended up going with a different company who answered the phone right away, had someone come out the next morning, and scheduled the installation of a new unit before leaving our house.
The a/c technician Chris Alston is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Did an outstanding job troubleshooting my system and corrected all of the issues that needed immediate attention. I recommend using this professional company for all of your a/c needs.
Zack and Zack were excellent!! They were patient in the extremely hot weather and they were absolutely phenomenal!!! If anything were to happen we would definitely choose these guys again!! Absolutely phenomenal!!

My technician Bobby worked diligently on an electrical panel that was very much a rat's nest. He explained everything that he was doing and was kind enough to work circuit by circuit so that we had power throughout the time he was here. I would highly recommend Bobby and Thompson and Thompson
