I had an appointment for today between 2-4…at 4:45 I decided to call the main office as the tech had not shown up at that point…I received a call earlier in the day asking if we still needed our appoint (I scheduled one, so yes)…when I called the office the woman who took my phone call initially stated that he was still at the call before us. After a lengthy hold, I was told “since you didn’t answer or call us back, he moved to the next job on his list.” I feel like I’m in an episode of Seinfeld; so you can make the reservation, but you can’t KEEP the reservation. I had someone at the house all prepared for the appointment, but since I was busy at work and couldn’t return your phone call, I just get skipped and blown off (without notification by the way). Really disappointed in the blatant lack of customer service!
We had another great tech, Jessie Dunnaway, today perform our annual maintenance. We appreciate his thoroughness and professionalism. Thanks Coastal for hiring top-notch techs!
I’ve been a Member+ client for several years. I can always count on prompt, professional service. Recently my AC broke. I called the after hours number and got an appointment for 3 days out. After a sweltering day w/o air I called the office. Kelly explained that she would do everything she could to send a technician out ASAP. She even offered to follow up with me after she got off from her shift. A short while later Aaron called to let me know he was otw. He identified the problem and repaired my unit. Kelly and Aaron ~ I appreciate committed service above and beyond!!! Thank you so much!

I had some issues with my AC and Rob and Aaron showed up this morning to look at it. They figured out the problem and fixed it within the first 15 minutes. They were respectful, professional, and very knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend them
Rob and Aaron were great!! I called the company only hours before they came out. They got here right on time and were super knowledgeable about their craft. Didn't recommend me anything I didn't need, which I appreciate considering HVAC is NOT my realm. 10/10 would recommend Coastal!
Darius and Aaron came by the house in a timely fashion and looked over everything. They were courteous, tidy and very professional throughout the visit. Left the recommendations with me as well as i can knock them out a later time.

Austin was very informant, friendly and helped with all questions. I recommend Coastal heating and air not only for their service but the staff is wonderful.

James was polite and professional during both visits. Explained the issues we were having and scheduled follow up service.
The person I talked to in the phone this morning was amazing! Aaron came out and was above and beyond what I expected! He made sure the problem was fixed and explained everything as he went, will definitely be using them from here on out! Thanks Aaron! You’re the best!
