Josh the owner had a good understanding of our situation and was willing to work with us on replacing the outside unit and replace the coils in the inside unit. Anthony and Calvin were my installers. They did a great job on our installation. Calvin noticed that I had a brand new capacitor on my old unit and asked if I wanted it. I appreciate him going the extra mile because he didn't have to. Anthony had the challenge of working with a very new Trane model and my older furnace. HVAC also made their own custom plenum chamber to fit with my unit. I would recommend these folks to everyone if you are looking for a Trane. Chris Hayes
I used Atlantic hvac for a full unit replacement with added duct work and vents. Not only were they on time but very professional as well. The team of three led by Calvin wasted no time in getting the job started and worked amazing as a team to get it done. I will definitely use Atlantic again and again hands down!

I called to get a quote on a new ac/heat pump. The owner set up an appointment for the next morning. He came over and gave me a price for a better quality unit than the one I got from another company. Four days later they installed it. All the workers were professional and did high quality work. I highly recommend this company.

Atlantic HVAC responded quickly to repair/replace the TXV unit on our system. Randy did a great job describing and performing the work needed.

I called Atlantic hvac to inquire for seasonal service, and was very pleased with there office staff customer service that I scheduled an appointment for an ac tune-up. Come to fine out that I was low on freon and my inter coils where blocking air flow that was making my electric bill run higher. I fell better air flow in my home. Thank you again Atlantic Hvac and all office and field staff for you help. I will be calling you guy out again for the winter to ensure my heater is running at it fill factory potential.

The worst thing about the southern heat is having no A/C during those hot months. I called around and Atlantic was the only one who could squeeze me in for an appointment. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions. The office staff were kind and understanding during this stressful situation. I definitely appreciate everyone who had a hand in helping!!
It is so hard these days to find an exceptional service company however, Atlantic HVAC exceeded any expectation I could have! From my first call to the office through the completion of installation this company was amazing. Each person I spoke with went above and beyond to make sure we were heard, understood and happy. Atlantic HVAC is the best! They arrive on time and have a pretty short window of arrival. Work is done professionally and thoroughly. I have called them on a holiday weekend and they were there to fix my issues. Steve is a great tech and I am very happy with his work at my home and my business.
I’ve had several people come out to look at a system that was never fixed permanently. I gave one call to the office manager , Ashly. She immediately helped get someone out. Randy fixed everything in no time. Super thankful for a very reliable company and great people.
