Canady’s responded to my need to have a technician to my home quickly since my outside line was frozen. Having no AC with a wife, kids and animals in the home during the summer wasn’t going to cut it. Kevin S. who had just done my system check up the month prior was the technician who was sent to the house which was great. He knew the layout and knew of an issue we found previously. Was quick to address the issue and provided me the feedback and quotes for additional work if I wanted it. Kevin was professional and courteous. Highly recommend and will request Kevin in the future.
Andrew by far is the BEST technician you could have! He was extremely friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and even offered services to help me bundle my expenses. Thank you for answering all of my questions and providing grade A service! I will definitely be move forward in my consultation.
Prices are bit on the higher end, however, you have peace of mind that the job will get done right. I enjoyed my experience and how professional they are. Great experience here.

Chris Deal replaced our fan, and performed annual maintenance. We've never seen our outdoor unit this clean before, it looks like it's brand new! We hope to see Chris again as he was very polite.

Arson Lucas gets 5 stars was fabulous, fully explained everything to me the best tech that has come out to my house. I would highly recommended him!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I am revising my review I have been with canady since the installed a brand new a/c system in my house I 2019 they have done the yearly cleaning every year since(last done 10-22) well my a/c died on 6-7-2023 (not happy) called them took them 2 days to come look at it! The tech said my blower motor(inside) was dead cause it was to dirty...seriously?? Told me 3-5 days to order the part($1400.00) 2 weeks with no a/c this is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable
Sean did an outstanding job. I truly appreciated his friendliness, professionalism, and diligence in completing the job in timely fashion. I love the service and believe what you pay for is what you get. Great job Sean and kudos to Canadys for hiring such a wonderful HVAC expert.

Blake came out and was super professional. Knew what he was talking about. Didn't try to sell me fantasy or fiction. Just kept it real. We're gonna have to replace a unit out of 3 on my home and he wasn't candy coating or making anything up that I could tell. He let me see his gauges and shown me the numbers and explained what the desired numbers were and that our aging AC is far out of desired range. He showed me the coil inside and the corrosion. It was a professional and good experience.
Very Good experience Tech Billy Tingley from Canady’s Air and Plumbing was very courteous, he made the me, the customer, feel like the most important person he will be dealing with this week. Very professionally, letting me know exactly what he was going to do and asked for my input on making sure the service was the way I liked. Very efficient, he was prepared , worked quickly even bring his own broom to clean up his work area when he was done. Impressive

Devin Todd, Service Tech at Canady's Heating & Air has restored my faith in Canady's ability to provide good Spring preventive maintenance service on my HVAC. After 2 previous failed experiences I was reluctant to have the Spring maintenance performed. After being assured they would send out a Senior Service Tech, Devin Todd showed up at my house the very next day. Devin did an absolutely tremendous job servicing my HVAC. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, capable, professional, polite, and well mannered. Canady's should be proud to have such asset like Devin as an employee. He represents their company at the highest level. In short, am a satisfied Canady's customer and will definitely use them again for service on my HVAC.
