We definitely recommend this company. We had a new AC unit placed and Representative Rod was great and very informative. The company went above and beyond to work around our needs and gave excellent customer service.
If reliable means booking an appointment, having them call us to reschedule for the next day and then not even show up for the rescheduled time or call to let us know they wouldn’t be coming, then yes, this company is reliable!
Working with Reliable to replace my HVAC system has been a very positive experience so far. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the same day. Barry was my technician and arrived on time. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently explained all of the technical aspects of the issues and even allowed my teenaged son to observe & ask questions. His positive attitude helped relieve the stress of having to make a major repair & I am looking forward to working with the install team.
First let me say I have had Reliable install a new whole house HV/AC unit, as well as a new tankless water heater. For both of those jobs our quote and install went very smoothly. The team arrived on time, installed everything exactly like I expected, and answered questions and communicated what they were doing very well. So, naturally based upon prior service, I called them to install a Mini-Split Cassette in my home. The sales representative arrived on time, and we walked through the entire process and what would be needed. The quote was approximately 4 times the cost of the unit, but I understand there was a lot of work involved so I signed the contract. On June 8th the day of the installation, no one showed at the scheduled time, so I called them later in the day. I was told the parts didn’t arrive so they couldn’t install the unit. I would think Reliable would call me to tell me this vs me having to call them. We rescheduled the installation for June 15th and the technicians arrived only to tell me the unit wouldn’t fit between the ceiling joists, and they couldn’t install it until I made modifications to the ceiling for the unit to fit. Here again, I would think Reliable would know the vast majority of home have wall studs and ceiling joist on 16” center so of course a 23” unit wouldn’t fit. The technician informed me that once I made the modification to the ceiling they could come back and do the installation. At that time, I informed the Reliable sales representative Ian of what had happened, and he informed me that Bruce, the Installation Manager, would call me to verify what was needed. A week went by, and no one contacted me, so on June 22 I called the main office again, and after explaining what had happened, the customer service representative assured me that Bruce would return my call that day. NO CALL BACK. I called a week later on June 29th, and again I was assured that Bruce would return my call that day…and once again….a week went by w
We have been using Reliable Heating & Air for many years for hvac, electrical & plumbing repairs. Our AC was in need of replacement, Anthony came out same day to give us an estimate. Happy we didn’t have to wait days in July to receive service. We have found all technicians to be on time, knowledgeable & trustworthy.
Joseph Carter was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about his job. Would recommend Reliable Heating and Air to others.
Please don’t waste your time and money with this company, they will swindle you into “protection packages” and all this extra “insurance” but it’s all phoney and very deceiving, the techs they employ are very unprofessional and very vague on what they are doing. Don’t let this company swindle you like they did me, just take your business to somewhere trustworthy and honest. Reliable is completely unreliable.

Harry French was my rep. from Reliable and did a great job. He listened and provide great customer service. We got the Daikin Fit system. The unit was installed with all the specifications we discussed. Harry even contacted mr several times to make sure we were happy and that the unit was operating properly. We could not be more happy! Bravo Harry French... you are the best!!

Mr. Muhammad, electrician, was the consummate professional. He was timely, efficient and effective. He identified the problems and offered great solutions. He gave us a cost estimate before he began the work and was on target at the end. We are thrilled with the outcome and I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Our 23 year old ac went out and after an emergency fix with another company, we called reliable air for a free quote to replace the unit. Roy showed up two hours later, and after a thorough inspection of the unit, provided an easy to understand proposal on our options. Both beat out the pricing of the other company. Within an hour of the visit we decided to go with their monthly package. Roy had us signed up, work scheduled and agreement signed within the next hour. By far the smoothest transaction I’ve faced during our very hectic new move! And Roy was patient and also helpful with tips on our new hometown! The pricing is affordable and the service is true hometown hospitality!
