Phil Pag, The owner is a great guy. Came out last minute, gave us a quote, found the problem & solved it expeditiously! Not often can you find a tradesman that performs, executes & delivers as promised! I can see why the reviews are so high! I would definitely recommend!
Very please with service. They replaced both a/c’s and furnaces. Our house hasn’t ever felt this cool in the 20 years we have lived here. Highly recommend!

Air went out in July, PAGS was recommended by a friend who knew we had to have air. From the first call, they have been so professional, prompt, responsive, kind, empathetic and made us feel like family. PAGS set expectations and exceeded them.

Alister Jones with Pags Heating and Air was extremely helpful and professional during our appointment to fix our non-functional air conditioning. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and effectively communicated the issues he found with our system. We always love knowing what our options are and he provided numerous ones to ensure we were completely happy with what we were selecting. We highly recommend this company and Alister in particular if you are having any issues with your HVAC system!
If you are looking for a locally owned heating and air service, look no further. I mean, what a GREAT company! Professional, prompt, trustworthy and friendly. I had two different technicians come out (Daniel and Alistair). I was impressed with their knowledge of my system and really appreciated the way Daniel explained what was wrong with my A/C unit. He advised me of my options and kept me involved throughout the process. I also want to give a huge thank you to Hailey and Phillip. I'm so glad to have found PAGS Heating and Air!
I had an emergency hvac situation. Aaron Richard was my technician and he did a phenomenal job! Not only did he fix the problem, but he also taught me how to prevent it from happening again! Appreciate you all!
Inside fan motor stopped working after 30 years. PADS had a man at my house within 2 hours of my call. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable of my issues. Had cold air within an hour of his arrival.
Our tech Dan was absolutely awesome. We got back from vacation and our central air was out. I called Pags they got me on the list for the next day. Dan showed up on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. We needed a part ordered that was taken care of and he was here the next day to repair! HIGHLY recommend!
Pags is a lifesaver! My AC went out during a 90+ heat wave while I was in the hospital having major surgery. Although I was not at home my roommate and dogs were still at home. Temperatures inside rose to over 95 degrees both up and downstairs. I was so worried. I frantically called multiple companies begging someone to come out to fix my AC and was told it would be days before anyone could come out. I finally turned to PAGS and was greeted by Haley who I explained the situation to. Haley was so kind and empathetic and was able to rush a tech out to repair my AC immediately. Juan the technician had my air up and running in no time. Haley went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She even called multiple times to check on me after my surgery. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. I feel that Haley and Pags truly care about their customers and for that reason I will forever be a customer. I recommend Pags for ANY heating and cooling needs. Thank you so much Haley and the entire Pags team.
Everyone in this company was super friendly and professional. They are my HVAC maintenance company moving forward. During these busy times companies forget the customer service elements, not here, it's a Great team!!
We have had to gas furnaces installed and now as of this morning two air-conditioning units installed in our home from Pags, and we would never go anywhere else! Pags is honest, upfront, and very professional and caring that is very hard to find these days and we will never go anywhere else for our AC and heating needs.
Amazing work and finished an entire mini split install in half a day. They were very helpful, on time, and great quote over all compared to other companies. Would highly recommend. Extremely professional. I will be using them for maintenance from now on!
Have used PAGS for more than a year since they installed a new HVAC system for us. They are fantastic! Installation was professional and fairly priced. As a high rise condo this was a complicated installation. An unforeseen issue arose which a could have been considered outside the scope of the job … instead they elected to take accountability and fix at almost no charge. I recommend PAGS to everyone I know.
I’d like to lead off by saying Juan was very professional, helpful and a nice guy. He is the only reason I’m leaving 2 stars and not 1. I was told their emergency service would be $170 including labor. Then the part needed to fix my AC unit was another $170 when I could have bought it off Amazon for $14. Terrible price gouging by this company. Unfortunately I needed AC in this Georgia summer heat otherwise I would have told them to kick rocks.
Simply the most amazing service I have ever received anywhere. When my HVAC failed at night, I never thought I could get someone to come check it that same evening - or replace the entire unit the very next day. PAGS did it and they responded rapidly, around the clock, to every single request I sent. Their service was perfect, plus they have all the bells & whistles to include a realtime tracker for your service persons so you know exactly when you need to be home to meet them. Justine responds nearly immediately by phone, text, and email. Simply the best HVAC company, period.
The pags heating and air crew that installed my HVAC system were very good. Their work areas were kept clean and answers to my questions about their work or the systems were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend.
