Our AC died last week in the middle of a heat wave. Tom Melton, owner of Melton Heating and Air quickly responded to our call. He came over and gave us an estimate right away. We decided to replace both the AC and our furnace (both of which were about 20 years old, and Tom Melton had provided those units as well.). We got a very reasonable price back then and now. The work was done very quickly and we are so happy to be cool again! Everything was cleaned up after installation. Highly recommend Melton Heating and Air…I appreciate this business for the owner’s integrity, honesty and skill, in addition to a fair price for quality products.
Tom had initially helped me with a leak with my AC unit and did a fantastic job with it. When the unit finally had enough he was my first choice to replace it. He is extremely professional and fair on price, he and his son showed up on time and completed the job very efficiently and cleaned around where they worked. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
Our family has been using the company for many years and we are extremely satisfied with the service. If we ever have a problem or are unsure if there is an issue, he is always available to check things out and get things resolved or repaired. He is honest, very reliable and always punctual.

Tom came out on very short notice to fix my AC this week. He is the most knowledge repair technician I have ever used. He can fix issues and anticipate what future issues you may have. His prices are extremely reasonable. He's a great guy and I trust him with all my needs. I normally dont write reviews unless im thrilled with the service. Dont waste your time with anyone else
For the past week, my air conditioner just stopped working. Naturally, it is in the middle of summer and in the 90's! Called Melton Heating and Air Conditioning and he came out within the hour! Not only did he come on time but was prepared with a mask and social distancing during this covid-19virus. Extremely reasonable in price with excellent and honest service, all the same day! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for honest A/C guy and great service.

Of any contractor I’ve needed for home services - anything related to my Air Conditioning or Heating is the one I stress the least about. I’ve had Tom do my annual servicing my units and he’s made a couple emergency calls for me over the years. Fair pricing and highly reliable.

Tom is the best AC repair guy in all of ATL. He is honest and trustworthy. He will put in the time to do the job right. He also completes the work first before taking any payment and will do complete work. I will always use him for suture services. BTW all of his reviews are great too!!
Tom of Melton Heating and Air has been taking care of all of my needs for the past almost 30 years. Tom has installed a total of 4 complete units in 3 different home for me. Just installed a new heating and air system 3 months ago in a new property just renovated. Very fair prices and very professional. Have had very few problems with anything and if I did he was johnny on the spot to take care of the issue. Kudos to Melton Heating and Air.
Tom is a real, honest professional. Our whole family has used Tom Melton for the past 25 years. He’s always there to help, any day, any time. Holiday emergencies and late night AC failures, he’s just there. He just installed a new Trane furnace and air conditioner. Our attic must have been 130 degrees, so he also put in a gable fan to cool it off up there. We’ll use Tom forever... he does great work and his work ethic is outstanding. 10 stars for Tom Melton!
