We just received the absolute best service from Peachtree heating and Air. Karl Swab and Isaac Fuentes The dynamic Duo of Peachtree heating and Air provided above board service, arrived early and just really took care of the property while they were here, if we ever need service again we're definitely requesting these guys. Fast to diagnose the issue and got us back in the cool zone quickly, thanks guys we really appreciate it.
KC was great. He got our air working and explained everything to us. He also went above and beyond in taking the time to explain how to use our thermostat and connecting to our phones. Amazing service!!

Karl redeemed what would have been a less than 5 star review for Peachtree. There were a few glitches after we installed the new HVAC over 2 months ago but Karl saw the problem with the system reconnecting to wifi after power outages and easily remedied the situation. He also replaced the chimney cover after storm damage and made sure there wasn't any water damage to the furnace. Karl communicated with us clearly so we knew what to expect.
Kwame is so excellent! Came out so fast. Such a professional. He worked so hard in the heat and had us back up and running so fast. And he’s pleasant and so friendly. Thank you!!

Service and Support from Karl and Isaac was amazing. Nothing like having a leak in your AC on July 4th and know that you were truly taken care of.
Our AC went out the weekend before the Fourth of July. Josh and Marlin came out on the same day we called even though it was later in the day before the Fourth, fixed the problem, and spent a ton of time answering our questions, making sure we understood what was going on, and talking through all possible solutions without being pushy. Extremely professional and kind.
Rakesh was very knowledgeable and personable. Diagnosed the problem with my unit, and explained exactly what needed to be fixed before doing the work.
Freddi with Peachtree Service gave us amazing service today and was so knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time and made sure everything was in perfect working order and also gave expert recommendations that we needed. We hope we see Freddi again and recommend him when it comes to HVAC services!

Marlin got here quickly to help me figure out what was going on with my thermostat. He was very nice guy. Very professional and was able to instruct me on what was going on. He had a thermostat in his truck that would work and he got it installed for me in a very timely fashion. He kept me informed along the way on what he was doing and offered advice for the future. He got me signed up to go on contract with Peachtree Service Expert so I'll be seeing them frequently and I will ask for Marlin each time. Robert Capps
