Arcadia installed our HVAC several years ago and my husband normally service it. We felt like it was time to have it checked by the professionals. Tyler and his tech came out on time and reassured us that everything is working properly. No one wants to be without air right now! Arcadia has always been there and does a great job.
Special thank you to Dustin and the gentleman with him that came out and got my home cool again! Myself and my kiddos were melting in this heat for a few days because our air conditioning stopped cooling. Inside temp reached a whopping 92 degrees. They came, explained the issue and got right to work. Very polite and struck up good conversation. Would definitely recommend!!
I have used Acadia HVAC for 20+ years for all of my family members. Can’t say enough good things about Cam and Richard. Prices are great and they are always honest and quick to respond to any of our issues. Excellent company!!!!

Dustin and Matt did a great job as usual. They were on time, friendly and worked efficiently. I switched to Arcadia because my previous HVAC company started using shady pricing and sales tactics, but Arcadia has always been open, honest and trusty while providing good products and services.

Arcadia HVAC , Dustin did a great job. He replaced my thermostat for my upstairs unit and installed my main unit about 7 years ago. I would highly recommend Arcadia HVAC if you have any issues.
Adding to my previous review, that 4 years later (6/12/23) we are still super happy to have ARCADIA. Sarah is a pleasure to talk to and she is very good at checking on us and making sure our maintenance is scheduled on time. She had an upbeat, positive vibe and became a friend over these years. Happy to report that it’s the same team of wonderful technicians: Matt E., Matt M., Dustin and Tyler. Always professional, polite and courteous and do a great job every time! Highly recommend this business!!! We had new AC installed by Arcadia HVAC on June 3, 2019 and are very happy with the choice of the company. Richard gave us a very detailed estimate and made us comfortable as it showed every step of the installation leaving no room for doubt. Cam and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with over the phone, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. And the team of technicians (Matt E., Matt M., Dustin and Tyler) worked so well together and installed new unit quickly in less than half a day! They arrived on time and cleaned up after completing their work. They graciously answered all the questions I had, were very polite and friendly. The whole experience was above and beyond. Also Richard worked with out Home Warranty which was greatly appreciated as we heard that Home Warranty usually does not cover big labor intensive replacements, but he was able to get part of the expense covered and we are very grateful. ARCADIA team is very responsive and efficient even in the busiest time of the year, the first hot week this summer when a lot of people had AC problems! We'd be happy to recommend (and we already did) this company to friends and family. They are the best hands down! Many heartful thanks for everyone we got to deal with. New to the area we found exactly the kind of company we needed and could hope for :)
Arcadia should be the gold standard for HVAC companies. Energetic Sarah works hard to accommodate your scheduling needs and is always available to address any concerns. Then, there's Matt. He is the superman of all technicians. He is always friendly, prompt, and, respectful of your home. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and has always been able to quickly diagnose the issues with my system. He then presents several options and recommendations without any pressure to agreeing to a service. I will always request him for my semiannual preventative maintenance tune ups. Thank you, Arcadia for providing experienced professionals who are passionate about their craft!
We had our AC system repaired a couple years ago by Arcadia. They replaced the plenum, evaporator core, and condenser after the old equipment died. They did a wonderful job then. I highly recommend them. My AC wasn't keeping up recently so I called to get a check up. Sara answered the phone and was very helpful with educating me and scheduling the appointment. She was able to squeeze us in only 2 days later (today) since it was a quick job. She sent Tyler over to check my house. He was awesome!! He called ahead of time to ask if he could come early, I took very good care of us while he was here and was respectful of the property. He also didn't try and sell me anything i didn't need or freak me out to make more money. As a service provider myself, his integrity goes along way with me. I am glad we have such an amazing company to work with

Arcadia has always been very responsive and affordable for us. We used them to replace our AC system when our old one broke. They also replaced some old, broken ductwork in our crawlspace. They were able to help us get low interest financing for the new system instead of a "rental" that some other companies offer. They have repaired vents in our garage without much cost and have been able to come out quickly when we have had problems. They replaced our old, faulty thermostat with a new, modern one. They are our go to for all our HVAC needs and we have a maintenance plan with them so that we don't have to worry about taking care of our system. Thank you, Matt and the rest of the team for being awesome!
Excellent HVAC installation and service/repair business. Have used them now for about the last 2-3 years or so after they installed brand new units in my house. Most recent visit was for the biannual checkup. Once during the winter and this one for the summer. Their service tech Tyler was professional, polite, and efficient. Best of all the equipment they have installed is functioning flawlessly. No complaints.

This was my first time using Arcadia, and I am pleased with their service. Tyler was early and very knowledgeable. Given my situation, he was able to give me multiple options for a fix. He explained each solution with the benefits and risks. He never once tried to upsell me anything like another big ac company did for the same issue.
