Philippe was supposed to arrive to my unit somewhere between 10am - 2pm. I’ve tried calling and messaging a few times but to no avail. Seems like no one will be coming…

6-7-23 Anthony Fennell came to give me a quote for a new HVAC unit. I am a 73 year old senior. I think he thought he was 'pulling the wool over my eyes'. First he talked too - too much. I think this was his way of distracting me. His invoice is attached please see photo. WHAT A JOKE! He tried to sell me everything imaginable. Everyone I showed the invoice could not believe it. Nothing is itemized, it is written on a sheet of composition paper, and I have no idea what I would be paying for to cost me over $10,000. Some of the additional items he was trying to sell me were being given away by other companies. LASTLY, I suspect that Anthony disconnected a screw from my unit and completely drained the freon from the unit. The day before Anthony came, I had someone offer to add freon just to take me through the summer. The day after Anthony left, the same person came back to add the freon and he stated that the freon that was there the day before had been completely drained out and I would have to get a completely new unit. I suspect the last technician was right, because it took Anthony quite some time to just determine the size of my unit in order to give me a quote. The previous technician took a quick look to determine the size and did not take nearly as long as it took Anthony. My camera shows Anthony spending time at the unit, but I could not determine exactly what he was doing. Anthony left my home and to date (6/20/23) I have not heard from him again. Guilty Conscious PLEASE, PLEASE be mindful if deciding using this company, especially if you are a senior citizen.
Professionals, very polite and helpful treated my home with the utmost respect.
My technician David of Just Cooling was exceptional on June 1. He was very thorough and conscientious of his surroundings. He answered any questions that I had and reviewed his service for that day and confirmed my renewal service agreement. Thank you David. I would recommend Just Cooling.

Incredibly dissapointed with this company. I called them for an AC issue a couple years ago and was advised the entire HVAC unit needed to be replaced due to a leak. $7,000 dollars later a new unit was installed haphazardly and it has broken down three times already!! I've contacted them multiple times requesting for a new unit and they just send someone who "fixes" things but again it breaks down. Now the heater stopped working....again...Would not recommend this company at all. The owner or management won't even call me back to make things right. Wow!
Technician: Chris, was very knowledge and professional, he worked in a speedy manner. Two different company could not diagnose and fix the issue and Chris did. The job was in Duluth, GA.

I was very impressed with my tech Alec. He came out to clean my A/C system and found concerns with my furnance. He worked with his team to identify and qthe problem and offer great solutions. Alec never talked down about the poor service I was getting from the other company, but stayed positive that his company will try to correct the concerns. I signed up for their maintenance program for all of my properties. Thanks Alec

AC issue at 7pm! I called Just Cooling to explain the issue, their tech, Andrew came from over an hour away and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. I will never use another HVAC company in Georgia! Thank you Just Cooling!!
They looked at my a/c unit twice by 2 different people. No one could fix my unit and they charged me 200 bucks. They said someone else(their boss) would come out and give me a quote on a new install. He never showed up. Thanks for nothing and enjoy the 200 bucks. I hired Poland Heating and air to install a new unit. Proffesional and good price 😊
Antoine came out to my home on time and was very professional. I needed to replace my HVAC system due to age and efficiency, and he was able to give me different options of systems that will work well and fit in the space that I needed it to. He was even able to find certain things out about my ductwork that will cool/heat the home in a better way. The options were far better in cost than all the other companies out there, plus they offered a warranty that other companies cannot even come close to.
Andrew Davis is a fantastic technician. He is very professional, friendly, and explains things thoroughly. Great experience with this company.
Andrew Davis came out to check my AC unit that hadn't been working for several days and had been looked at by 3 companies before him. Upon arrival he walked me through the steps he was taking to diagnose the problem. He was thorough and explained things in terms I understood immediately. Andrew fixed the problem in no time and my house was cool in less than an hour. I appreciate his professionalism and friendly demeanor. I will definitely use this company again. Thank you!
