My A/C was not functioning efficiently and I needed to have it checked with the temperatures hitting the 90s. They fit me into their schedule within a few days and explained the different options. The technician Devin showed up on time and was very professional. He explained everything he did and was going to do. My A/C just needed the tune up and was running fantastic when he left. Extremely pleased with service I received. Highly recommend!
Had a troubleshooting issue with a/c not working properly. They were able to schedule a tech same day. He showed up early and he fixed the problem.

You must need to be a customer in order for them to care about your safety. Because as I rode down I-40 east this morning, a driver for this company weaved in and out of traffic, speeding 85+ in the slow lane and then cutting me off almost causing me to swerve off the road and then continuing on doing the same thing to other cars. Great representation of your company. Do not recommend any company that does not value a humans life!
Last night, the outdoor AC unit started making loud noises and the fan wasn’t spinning anymore. Contacted Premier the following morning via their website, and they called back shortly after to schedule Steve P. to come out this afternoon at 2pm. He arrived on time, identified the cause immediately, clearly explained the issue and how much the costs would be, and then replaced the part all within 30 mins. I always recommend Premier.
He was very informative and told us exactly what was going on and what he saw. He was professional and went over details thoroughly.
Excellent Service, Troy G. Had the system running within 15 minutes of arriving. He found the problem and had parts in his truck to replace the damaged item. Unfortunately it took 5 days, 3 different attempts without the AC before Troy arrived. Without a doubt, He saved Premier a customer.
Premier just installed two new Lennox heat pumps in my home. The sales team was very helpful answering all my questions and recommending the most cost efficient models for my home. The installers were on time, polite & professional and completed the project quicker than planned. When they left my home was spotless. I highly recommend Premier to Anyone considering new HVAC equipment.

They are quick to respond, show up when they say they will, and fix the issue!! They also have great specials on their website. Paul went the extra mile with my aging system to find and fix an issue two other companies failed to find.
