Absolutely incredible experience using them. Responsive, always available to talk, thoroughly explained options and pricing and then more than followed through with their plan. We did a pretty big project including replacing two HVAC/furnace systems and then new ductwork in the attic. They were prompt, always on time and really did a wonderful job. We can already tell the difference in our new system as well. I will highly recommend Buck and Engineered Comfort Solutions to anyone that asks.

I had the best experience with ECS today. I had all our vents cleaned out and our HVAC serviced. Both technicians were extremely kind, clean, professional, and efficient. I also received an immediate call from Buck to check in with me on my experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend this company to anyone I spoke with. They really made my day! Good customer service isn't dead. :)
ECS is a such a gem! I cannot recommend them enough. Their team is full of wonderful, knowledgeable, and incredibly nice professionals. We luckily found them when another big company wanted to charge us thousands of dollars to replace a brand new mother board on our AC unit (it was replaced 1.5 years before but because they only offer 1 year warranty it wasn’t covered:(). So we had ECS come out for second opinion and rather than being lazy like the other company they found the root of the problem and it was just a $50 broken wire. It hasn’t given us problems and we only use ECS now for all our routine service and maintenance. If you want an honest company who will actually take the time and give you the 5 star service choose ECS. Call them today!
Search no further. Finally a service that delivers excellence. The installer and his technician took more time than I ever expected to install; not only did they install the unit to perfection in specifications; they made certain that I was happy with every step of the placement. I have found my forever HVAC company for install, repair and maintenance. Experience and knowledge base that blew my socks off!!

Took the time to diagnose the real issue with my AC unit rather than putting a band-aid on the actual problem. Helped me resolve an improper installation from the builder and prove it to the company who installed the unit. They’ve earned my business. It’s hard to find reliable and honest businesses. This is one of them!
Buck went out of his way to help me on a hot July Friday afternoon late when the AC in my parents home went out. He was responsive and trustworthy, and worked me into his already booked schedule. His technician Joey was courteous, professional and fixed the problem. I highly recommend ECS!

Buck, the owner, was professional and responsive. I woke up in a hot house with 7 kids at home from a sleepover. Buck's name was passed around as a referral when none of the other companies could get to me for a few days. Thankfully there was room in Buck's schedule to see me that day. He got to the root of the problem and got the unit up and running again in the afternoon. I even signed up for the maintenance program where someone will come visit twice a year to manage the upkeep on my 2 units. Look forward to having peace of mind on things going forward.
I had the best air conditioner repair experience. My A/C went out during a the first heat wave of the summer. I was lucky to have a technician in the area and was able to get an appointment the same day. The service technician Buck was very professional. He covered his shoes before coming in the house. He was able to diagnose the problem right away. Since my A/C unit was 15 years old. He explained the repair and how it postpone the needing to place my A/C unit for a year or more. Even though it was late in the evening nothing was rushed.
