We’ve had a great experience with Comfort Zone! All technicians and office staff have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent about any issues they encountered. We are very happy with the service they’ve provided to us!
We used this company to update out HVAC system a few years back (3), They replaced the A frame and the compressor and evidently not all of the copper lines to the compressor, so my 4 ton unit was only operating as a 3 ton, when they installed the evaporator coil they neglected to align the drip pan under the new one which caused water leaks, nor did they properly seal up the ducting or resize the ductwork correctly. I am now having to replace what they did, to bring the system up to code, and fix the issues. I tried to call them before calling another company and got a recording that said it had been temporarily out of service. I figured they closed. I called another provider that gave me the report of those issues, and why my system was not doing the job. Beware, a low price is not always one over the years. Just my Opinion. UPDATE 7/18/22 Mikey like them! I called to see if the number still worked.. one last time. Nice lady answered and listened to what call centers refer to as the issue. Then efficiently I was talking the two Oner. Wow!. they said let me make it right. WELL! They did just that, Great work, Sometime you get a bad installer, but I'm a happy camper now that all my airs coming in to the Old ductwork. They seemed to be really interested in Us Boomers. Fine job! Thanks Mike N Lyn USMC 7-2-23 Update again called comfort zone again to see if their warranty is any good, they came out and changed out the flux capacitor! $30 bucks Mike the service manager was great.
We have been using Comfort Zone for several years. They have always been very reliable and professional. Our technician Brian that came today was over the top fantastic. He was prompt, professional and courteous. He found out what exactly was going on with our air unit and responsible for getting it repaired. He explained everything thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. Thank you very much !

Yesterday, after a scheduled maintenance call, as our tech Jay was leaving the neighborhood, he noticed our two small dogs had escaped and were running loose. Not only did he take the time to reach out to the main office so they could call me and alert me, he stayed behind to help wrangle the wayward doggies and only headed on his way after we had secured them both. It was just a few extra minutes (10 tops) and hopefully he was not late to his next call, but service that goes above and beyond has always been my experience with Comfort Zone. They've just added embroidery of the Comfort Zone Hero Team to their company shirts...and they are Hero's for sure! PS. If you're not on their maintenance program, do it! It's a great value & you get to meet their great techs, like Jay, on a regular basis!

Brian Harkins came out today to service our HVAC system. He was the epitome of professionalism, super friendly, customer service oriented, and didn’t break his friendly stride even with the family dog watching (and barking at) his every move! He was, in a word, fantastic!

We used Comfort Zone to install 2 new Daikin systems in our home. We had a few hiccups following the installation and Comfort Zone seemed to never give up until things were right. They took full responsibility and stayed with the issues until they were resolved. We feel that at this time all is well but if not I have no doubt that they will followup again if it is needed. Their service has been above and beyond and I have no problem recommending them to anyone needing an HVAC company that delivers what they promise. Great job guy, thanks.

We've used Comfort Zone several times. First, we got a new expensive AC unit with them. However, they weren't overpriced on the unit and they didn't try to pressure or oversell me. After price comparing, we opted to get the pricey Daikon unit with them because it would be a long term cost savings. We've had them out since then to do the regular contracted maintenance and to fix things with our systems (we have 2 in the house, only replaced one so far). They have been incredibly quick in response times and very helpful. I love that I can email and text them as well as call. Today, we had the technician Charles Logan come out. He did maintenance on one system and then determined the underlying issue and gave me all my options. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only did he listen as I described the issues we had encountered but he also answered all my questions and gave me the options. It was just top notch service and I really appreciated it. (As is evidenced by the fact that I am actually filling out a review this time!) We need to replace our second unit in the near future and when we do, we'll definitely go with Comfort Zone over other companies we've used in the past because the service has been so great. Even if they were more expensive (and they aren't. They are either at the same cost or less expensive than others), we'd still use them due to the quality of service.
