Tracy and Mark with AirPro are the best! The entire team is very knowledgeable, professional, always on time and genuinely so nice. They replaced both of our units and we’ve already seen savings on our energy bill. Their local, small business beat two other local companies as well as two national brands on price and blew everyone away with their phenomenal customer service. We will be lifetime customers!!

Tracy was very nice, respectful, and responsive. She gave a realistic timeline and offered different options that would suit our budget and specific needs. The installer Mario was also very professional and polite. I could tell that he was very experienced and took pride in his work. Mario spoke very highly of Tracy which says a lot about the owners. We are very happy to support a local business and look forward to having setting up a maintenance service going forward.
From start to finish I was impressed. We were able to get a new HVAC installed and correct some duct work for under the price of 2 other companies. They got us in quickly since we were going on almost a week with no AC and have 3 kids. You can tell they care about their customers and will do whatever they can to meet your needs! Will definitely be referring them to anyone I hear needs a repair or new system. Thank you!

Tracy the office manager was amazing to work with! So kind. I literally consider her an earthly angel. Every company I called would not work with Home Warranty’s. She said they didn’t either, but she was willing to help me. And she was willing to help me fight the home warranty company when they wouldn’t pay for it. Thank you Air Pro.!!
They installed a new HVAC system a few years ago and did a wonderful job. AirPro Heating and Air is very competitive and affordable compared to all of the big name that you hear advertised on tv and radio. Today I had them out for a routine maintenance call and they were very affordable and punctual.
This is the first time I've used Pro Air. I'm not sure exactly of all the services they offer. But if it's got anything to do with my HVAC system I'll definitely be calling Pro Air. This company is amazing,. They came out checked out my system recognize the issue fixed it an left , Super fast super quick. I was not Disappointed with pro air I certainly hope you won't be. Beat out the “big name” competition by $3K. Were honest, upfront and professional.
AC Pros were available to come out quickly. They arrived on time diagnosed my unit, just needed a new thermostat. The cost was very reasonable. They were great at diagnosis, another item was identified related to my warranty, they are going to help me with that and they didn't even do the original unit install. 5 STARS!

The two men who came out to repair our A/C were very quick, efficient and friendly! The pricing was very reasonable, too.
They were quick and efficient. They found a simple problem and quickly fixed it. They also found a big problem that we didn’t know about and that no one else had caught before. That catch will save us $$$. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and had very affordable pricing. I will 100% use them again!

We have used Air Pro ever since we moved to Canton. They always fix our issues and are honest in their dealings. Tracy is so sweet. Keeps one informed about Mark's arrival.
