We enlisted Poland Heating & Air to tackle a very big and complex job in our home. Not only did they do an excellent job from start to finish, but everyone from Chris to Kelly to cd and Steve were extremely professional. They worked with us to find a solution for our prolonged years of problems. We could not be happier with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Poland for your HVAC needs. They are simply a wonderful company.
My family won't trust anyone else with our HVAC needs! Chris and his team are so responsive, professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. We were able to get incredibly quick service when our AC decided to quit on us, and having that quick relief was so comforting (especially considering I'm 7.5 months pregnant and this heat is intense)! We wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to them.
Love this company! During the beginning of our month long heat wave my a/c unit goes out. I called them and they were here the same day. You simply can not ask for better service.

I, along with other family members have been using Poland for over 10 years. I’ve had them replace HVAC units at 2 different homes over the years. Chris Poland is super easy to work with and is passionate about what he does. He is truly a “trusted advisor” and always picks up the phone if you have a small or big problem. I recently chose Poland over Reliable due to their attentiveness, responsiveness and higher quality + personable service they provide to their customers. It’s nice talking to the same person each time you call in, unlike Reliable.
I noticed a junction box for the air conditioning unit falling off the siding of our house on Saturday afternoon, June 26. I called the 24 hour number for Poland Saturday evening and spoke to Chris Poland. He said that the box was not an immediate issue but he would get his team on it Monday, June 28. On Monday at about 1130, his crew came out and fixed the problem. Thanks Chris and your team and Poland Heating and Air!
I rang 4 times today and could not get through to a live person. I have used them in the past but not sure what’s happened today?
I called Poland Heating & Air to give me an estimate to replace my AC coil and (if needed) my AC coil and a condenser. My usual HVAC service company for the past 15 years (Neese Jones) quoted me $2,395 for the coil and $4,300/$4,500 (depending on the Seer rating) for the coil & condenser. Poland quoted me $998 and $3300/$3500. What a price difference! They did the work today, arrived on time & were very professional. So of course I'm now using Poland Heating & Air for my HVAC needs.

I've had an outstanding expereience with Poland Heating and Air, over the process of purchaings a new HVAC unit and having everything installed I've spent multiple hours discussing with Chris, the owner, determining what the optimal system is for my home that is efficent and cost effective. Chris and his team at Poland Heating and Air have provided an unmatched level of service at a fair price! I will only use Poland Heating and Air for my HVAC needs as they are a reputable and trustworthy company.
This is a great company with great people! We are having our basement renovated and they moved some ducks and fixed a small gas leak. The furnace stopped working this week and they came back to fix it at no charge even though the problem was likely caused by a subcontractor that was in after they were here.
Prompt excellent service. They took care of us and did not try to oversell or overcharge!!!!! Butch is a great technician :-)
We remodeled our house 12 years ago. David came up with the perfect design for a return to be put in our kitchen without cutting holes in the floor. It has worked wonderfully for us. You can't even tell it's there. Monday, August 26, 2019, we put in a call to have David come out and service this particular unit. One of his technicians, Butch Ostman, came out, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He had to replace a switch which he did not have with him. He was back out the next day and completed the repair. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Butch and David again.

When our AC went out in the middle of hot June, I thought it would be a pain to get it fixed. David at Poland Heating and Air was phenomenal. He was available quickly. Due to having to order parts it was unable to be fixed that day, but sure enough David had our AC running perfectly by 8 AM the next day. 5/5 David and Poland made my experience as smooth as it could be.
I can't say enough good about this company. I've had to use them three times in four years. Every time they have treated me fair and charged a great price. this last go-round I had to replace my entire HV AC and furnace. Their price wasn't the lowest but it also wasn't the highest. They came when they said they would and it did a great job. I didn't feel like I was trying to be sold things I didn't need. I really like this company and highly recommend him
