Not here anymore. Should be removed from google
It was a while back. I contacted Gus to replace my furnace and air conditioning unit. They did great. Price was reasonable (these things are never cheap, right). On time. When the motor failed on the condenser fan, they were on it. Totally recommend them.
Gus and his team are top notch. On time, great customer service, no surprises, very kind and informative. The full system replacement went flawless. My house was respected and kept clean. The price was fair and straight forward.
Dropped everything, twice, to come install (1st), then come play an emergency visit (2nd). Excellent service and pricing. Will not call anyone else!
Gus and his team are the most amazing honest and trustworthy people I have ever met. He goes above and beyond and fixes everything correctly the first time. I would recommend him to anyone that asked. I have used other companies and they are all utter disappointments! Gus HVAC is beyond great!
The individual who answers the phone is very rude, not willing to explore issues, and is generally a poor listener. Poor customer support.
I have an older unit in my home and Gus HVAC has been out about 4 times in the last couple of years. They are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things. Usually they're out on the same day, which is great. I'm glad to have found them!
Me and my Wife have her parents former house on the market to sell since they are no longer with us. Real Estate Agent called and said there was an issue with the air conditioning. My Wife and I now live an hour and a half away. I called this company due to their 5 star google rating and the rating was 5 star for a reason. They were able to come out the same day less than 5 hours after I called right on time that they said they would be there. Checked the system over thoroughly and did what they could to get it back working but the outside unit was dead. They spent the rest of their afternoon tracking down a replacement and was there the very next morning at 7 am with a replacement. That is less than 24 hours from the time a service call was placed to the problem being resolved and since we had them replaced the unit they did not charge us a dime for the service call. Incredibly nice, polite, clean and professional people and service that is getting harder and harder to find these days. A blessing and pleasure to do business with. Thank you!!
Showed up within 2 hours after I called at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Our A/C had gone out but luckily Gus had the part in stock and was able to fix it so we didn't have the go the weekend without our A/C working!

They are awesome!! Had 2 problems over the past couple of years. They were the only ones that came right out and fixed them. I will call Gus every time I need hvac repairs. Hopefully not too soon again.
Thank you Gus. The wife thought the house was warming up due to her good cooking but no..The A/C system stopped due to a clogged drip pan. Gus was close by and fixed us up fast.
Gus of Gus HVAC personally came to my house, diagnosed the problem, retrieved the necessary part the same day, and replaced it the same day. I don't expect this type of turnaround; however, he made it happen when he could have easily taken more time. He was kind and polite; we found ourselves a new HVAC guy. The work was done last month and we've experience zero problems since the deployment. Thanks again.
When my air conditioning unit stopped cooling, I had a company take a look. I was told that the compressor was bad and would need to be replaced, or I could buy a new unit. After thanking him for his time, I called a different company for a second opinion, which was Gus. He told me the compressor wasn't operating properly and tried to repair it. When that failed, we discussed options. I decided on a new unit as the current one was 10 years old and I suspected more repairs would have been in store for it. Both companies ultimately came to the conclusion that the compressor was locked up. Gus was the only one who tried to do an inexpensive repair before moving to costlier measures. That told me a little something about how he did business. He showed up ten minutes early today and got the job done two hours sooner than anticipated. The work looks good, the house is cool again and it was as painless as an expensive home repair can be. He's also a nice person, which matters more than you might think. I'd recommend him without hesitation.
