Titan Air did an excellent job with the installation of our Mitsubishi Mini Split.
The team at Titan will take care of you, which seems like a simple expectation, but in this industry is actually very hard to find. I’ve had Titan Air do work for me twice now and both times they did a quality job in a reasonable time. In this industry you will more often than not find companies that will take any chance they can to rip you off. Whether it’s overcharging for installations, equipment purchases, or even maintenance calls, there are endless opportunities to make money from customers in desperate need of help. In my experience, this is not how Titan Air conducts their business. I’ve spoken to the owner most recently prior to getting my heat pump and air handler replacements installed, and he was very patient and answered all my technical questions about how they do their installs. He provided me a quote to install that was of reasonable cost, but more importantly, he had his team ready to do the work the same week. As for his team, they were similarly as patient and professional. Although I’m not in the HVAC business, I’m an engineer at heart and they were very proud to showcase their skills when I requested to see the brazing part of the heat pump install. This kind of attitude is exactly what you want to see, and is a testament to how much experience they have. If you’re looking for any A/C work needing to be done in Central Florida, you can stop looking now, because you’ve found the only company worth your time.

Highly recommend Titan, they’re techs were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.
Started up unit while I was out of town and turns out the condensation line was never connected creating a 3 week leaking of condensation water in our mechanical room and across floor and ruining base boards in hallway and mechanical room. The lack of quality and oversight from start to now has been appalling! Have a long list of complaints about Titan Air but to come ho e and find brand new baseboards and drywall soaking wet and ruined tops the list. Inspector just shook his head at this plus other various issues.

Titan Air is filled with absolute professionals. On 10/20, I discovered my heating system was not working. I contacted Titan and informed them of the urgency; even though Jason, the owner, said they had a packed schedule that day, he still found time to send someone within an hour to look at the system. It turned out there were a lot of issues that weren’t worth repairing. It made more sense to replace it. On 10/31 I was able to have this done. The technicians were amazing and took time to explain things I did not understand. I’ve dealt with many other HVAC repair professionals, but none has compared to the level of service and professionalism I have received from Titan. Owner Jason is amazing and communicates thoroughly, which eliminates doubt/concerns. I will definitely recommend Titan to others, as everyone needs this kind of service and level of professionalism.
1st time out on 10/17/22 for this particular service call, I was charged $98 and no answer as to what was wrong with the ac and heat. The second time Titan came on 10/21/22, a very knowledgeable technician found what was causing the ac issue and the heat issue in about 30 minutes and I was very impressed and not charged for the second trip. 🙂 Now just waiting for the actual repairs to take place.
Electric motor failed in air handler distribution system. Technician determined quickly that the motor was still under warranty. Installation of new motor was done quickly and professionally. Area was cleaned up after work was done. Technician was very polite and courteous.
Josh was very professional, fixed the problem very quickly and got our AC running again.
I thank Jason, the owner for coming taking care of my lack of a/c. I was not at home and he was very accommodating about fixing this problem in my absence. I would tell anyone to use this company. So pleased. Thank you Jason.

Titan air conditioning came into where I work to replace a failing AC unit. They were timely, professional, and cleaned up after themselves excellently. We had a new unit and the old one removed in one day! They were very respectful and aware that this is a place of business, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for commercial or residential service!!
Hands down best service I’ve had, the owner came out personally do to my time constraints and their schedule was full. If you want the best Ac service call this company!!!!
We called 5 a/c companies for quotes to replace our 17 year old a/c. Although, Titan Air wasn't the cheapest, the professional and responsive experience with Justin (sales rep) and Carol (office admin) lead us to choose Titan Air. We appreciated that Titan Air provided a written estimate, as well as text and emails reminders of the scheduled appointment. Josh and Aaron came to install the unit and was professional and efficient. They were not condescending and answered all our questions and concerns we had during the install. They only issue we had was communication after the contract was signed. Our job was initially scheduled for 9am on Thursday but we did not receive a call until 8:50am that it had to be rescheduled for 9am Friday. Understandable, these things happen. But on Friday at 9am no one showed. I waited 10mins and then gave Justin a call (no answer) so I followed up with a text. Justin called back and said they were enroute. He followed up with a text indicating that they were loading up and then heading over. I did not consider that being enroute so I was a tad upset. Josh and Arron arrive at 10:15am but as I said above these guys were great. So my only feedback is to be more proactive and transparent about communicating delays. Other than that we were pleased with Titan Air and would recommend them.
