The service was great, including the tech. However, I cannot understand how a $33 part is marked up to $200. I understand a profit but come on 🙄

We had an emergency issue with our AC while we had guests there. They answered their phones on a holiday weekend, promptly went to the home, and performed great work. I’m so appreciative of their professionalism and promptness! We highly recommend their service to anyone!
I would highly recommend Armstrong heat and air. Anthony and Carlos went above and beyond and installed our air conditioning. Unit in one day. Very happy with the installation.
Anthony and Carlos installed our new a/c unit today and did an amazing job! They went above and beyond by making sure everything was done well and even took the time to investigate where a leaking pipe was, and then fixed it immediately. They were both friendly and professional as well. We will be using Armstrong in the future.

Chad was our technician and was beyond professional with us. Had to have our AC fixed and recharged and he took great care of us and the AC is blowing colder than ever!
Ricardo was on time, professional and excellent. This is the second time we have had him perform a PM on our AC. The staff on the phone is also very helpful. Tammy responded quickly to my voicemail. Overall great company with service, quality and value altogether!

Armstrong came out within a few hours of my call on a Saturday when my thermostat malfunctioned. Ricardo was very professional and responsive in explaining to me the problem. I was very pleased with their service and would highly recommend Armstrong for your AC and Heating needs!
We had our ac replaced by Armstrong and they are the best priced/ professional and knowledgeable compare to all the other central Florida ac company. The two technicians Sam and Lemuel were GREAT!!! They were on time, efficient and made sure they explained everything they did, warranty and advised on how to make sure our system lasts not like our previous one that lasted only 6 years. The next day Tom Hyatt called as we were told he would by the techs to check in and make sure we are satisfied and that if we ever have any questions to reach out to them. We are very happy with the way Armstrong and it employees care about their customers. Thank you Tom, Sam & Lemuel.
Logan was great. He showed up early in the appointment window and diagnosed and replaced my capacitor within 15 minutes of arriving. He even cleaned out the drain line before leaving. Great service and will call again the next time there is an issue.

My AC with down yesterday around 7pm I called and they responded fast. I have a really sick kid at home and the way they took care of us is something I will never forget. Giovanny was exceptional! He was super informative and was just over all a fantastic person. He gave me all the necessary information I needed and fixed everything in quite record timing I might add. Overall great job!
