First time using Cloud 9 today and I am "wowed". From scheduling the appointment until the end, I received nothing but stellar service. They make scheduling so simple. Everyone is professional and kind, even to my kitties. The technician shared maintenance help for things I have never been told in 5 years of owning a home with regular maintenance and offered the best deal for my service. Highly recommend and happy to finally be able to settle in with a company.
Thank you Cloud9!! Mike answered my call at 8am and had a tech (Cody) out same day. While on the phone, Mike said he would try and troubleshoot our AC with me but what I was explaining as the issue, he knew we needed someone to come take a look. Our tech Cody was professional, smart and really nice! He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it within minutes. Instead of having us pay an arm and a leg to fix a broken part, he worked his magic and gave us a solution that fixed our AC issue. Cloud9 saved us time and money! As a mom, home with a baby (in FL) …it’s nice to know there is a reliable and trustworthy AC company out there. Thanks again Cloud9!!
Amazing service! Mike is the man! Came home around 830 and AC was blowing hot. He had someone out to my house by 915! Texted the next day to make sure all was good. Highly recommend
Our 20 year old Goodman was not cooling anymore. Thanks to Mike and his team the put together a high efficiency, us built AC system to help cool our home. Not to mention a 10 year replacement warranty and lifetime on the condenser and furnace!
New construction home so many problems. I was so tired of dealing with warranty nonsense with the builder. my friend said call cloud 9 they will make things right watch. super hesitant I decided to try these guys. they showed up on time got the AC working and explained everything to us. I was ready to be ripped off but it never happened... I couldn't even through enough money at them. I felt like I took advantage them instead of the other way around. good to know people like this still exist.
We've had 5 units installed between us family and neighbors. Professional, honest, and just good people. Hard to find these days!

I told cloud 9 that they were going to get an amazing review for me MONTHS ago. As a new mom having recently gone back to work it has taken me a while to get this review up, but after referring them to a friend, I wanted to make sure that I finally put my review up! I woke up at 2 AM to my AC being out in my home and 80°. With that a three-month-old and two dogs, this is absolutely not an ideal scenario. After calling company after company and hearing that it would be 1-2DAYS before they could get to us and then having one company reschedule last minute, I called cloud9. Within 20 minutes they showed up! The owner, who I spoke with originally, was amazing! I told him the problems we were having. He immediately told me what he thought the problem was. He told me that he would call and find out where his tech was and he would get him to me as soon as possible. Never did I anticipate that I would get a callback saying that they would be here in 20 minutes. To say that this made a huge impact is an understatement. I have never had such quick professional and caring service! We all take our AC companies for granted until we are stuck in the Florida heat in the dead of summer(June)! I cannot recommend Cloud 9 to enough people !!!
Cloud 9 is great! Mike is very responsive and professional and Cody is a great technician. He was able to identify and fix my problem when another AC company couldn't. Price was reasonable and I highly recommend them!
I was having an issue with our AC and I wanted to use a local, family run business so I called Cloud 9 AC Services. Boy, I’m so happy that I did! It was 95 degrees and the AC wasn’t cooling properly and I have two large dogs here with me and it was miserable! I called Michael, he listened to the issue I was having and talked me through the possible problem. I took his advice and it helped me get through the very hot night. He sent Cody out the next day and he flushed out the drain and everything is working great again! So professional and helpful! Very trustworthy and reasonably priced! I called Cloud 9 at 9:27am on a Wednesday and reached Mike on the first ring. He had me text name and address to him and he would send a tech to our home shortly. Cody, the technician, showed up at 11:00am on the dot. Talk about a quick response time! Cody was able to flush the nasty gunk out of our drain system which helped get our AC working without shutting off with the overflow valve. He gave us a quote at a more than reasonable price for a more permanent solution (we've had to do water remediation twice due to the drain leaking). We agreed to move forward with the permanent work and it's scheduled to be completed on Monday! Both Mike and Cody were professional and well spoken.
I called Cloud 9 AC services on a Thursday morning because my house wasn’t cooling sufficiently at nighttime. They sent out a tech within 3 hours of the call and he quickly assessed, diagnosed and fixed the issue we were having (our unit had a small leak). They did not try to upsell or push us to buy a new unit and the cost of the repair was very reasonable in comparison to other / larger companies. Cody was nothing but courteous and professional. I would absolutely recommend Cloud 9 AC services for any HVAC project/problem and I will certainly use them again as I bought their service contract which was a great deal.
