We have always had excellent service from Pro-Tech. We've purchased multiple air conditioning units from Pro-tech for our home, our son's home and our rental properties with excellent service 100% of the time from installation to maintenance. Additionally, due to some serious medical issues following major surgery when our AC was essential for health reasons, Pro-tech even sent out a technician to address a problem at 10 PM during a storm to correct a clogged drainage line that had shut off our AC. Our last technician, Jordan Darby, was outstanding as have been all of Pro-Tech's technicians. I've recommended Pro-Tech to friends and I'd likewise provide my strongest recommendation on Pro-Tech to anyone needing to buy or maintain an AC unit/s.
I am part of their yearly service program, and today I had my yearly visit, which should have been an easy day. About 4 hours after the tech left, at which point told us our unit was functioning perfect, our house was a scorcher, in the high 70’s with an error light and the a/c completely off. The zero rating was changed today by Sheryl at the call center who persisted on getting us a last minute appointment today, and the tech Roberto. He came and completely went through everything that was done the day before, and basically made sure everything was checked to figure this out. I am happy to say we now have our a/c working thanks to these 2 fixing the originals mistakes
Tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. We spoke about different options and at the end of the day for what all the services would cost I could have a brand new unit. So that’s the route I am taking
So far great service on a great product. Totally happy. An update. After a year in service, it is June 23rd, 2023 and the AC is not working in our home. It's 85 degrees inside and Pro-Tech says they can't get a maintenance guy over until June 28th. Five days w/o AC in Central Florida. Think twice before using this company.
I was very apprehensive when the technicians started cutting into the walls to start the repipe work but was very impressed with the work Justin and Manny did. They were very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed of the work that was being done.
Ricky was amazing at not only the service requested but also my entire water system.
Came on a Sunday afternoon and was before time they said would be here. Had a main water line leak and they was fast and friendly. Tech never complained and was great he only worried about getting our line fixed and water back on. Great tech and company.
Today I decided to join the service club to give maintenance to my young 3 years old unit… Yes, 3 yrs old, Pro-Tech installed this RUN THRU by TRANE on April of 2020, unfortunately in the last 30 days I had to call 2x for something and summer in Florida are no joke. Looks like it’s going to be a long hot steamy one, I can’t take a chance to have my 75 yr old mom be without AC for one more day. One thing Pro-Tech is amazing is their customer service and professional. I appreciate they making time to come within ETA after calling. I am looking forward the 6 months maintenance check.

Our AC unit was toast. Pro tech was the best service. We had called several companies but pro tech delivered.
Very hardworking. The two installers worked 12 1/2 hours to get the job done.
Juan was just lovely, worked very hard in a steamy hot temperature and fixed the problem efficiently and affordably. He was terrific!
Shut off valve and flapper for toilet replacement. Bryce, plumber was on time, polite and identified the problem quickly. He also took the time to explain the repair before and after.
Manny was on time, he finished the job in a timely fashion and he left the space the way he found it…….. clean.
Ricky did a wonderful job replacing my water heater, remedying the leak it had caused in the condo building, repaired my outdated shower that was sending water through both shows and bath at the same time, and noticed that my hot water wasn’t turned on in the bathroom sink. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Would/will 100% use him in the future for any and all issues with my condo!
She was pleasant, professional, and here on time. Big thumbs up!
