I called to have my a/c checked cause i thought that i had a problem with it. Brennan came to the house on time said that everything was fine and left. 8pm the house starts getting really hot, of course as human that i am i thought it was Brennan’s fault then i remembered that he sent pictures of the things he did and how all was working before he left. Called Janine from the riverview office and she made my day!! She got Brennan to Come back and see what my problem was with the a/c, well the line that goes out was clogged. Fixed and good again. I really want to give Janine a shout out because i was really mad and she gave me hope and she told me what we want to hear which is “ we got you we are on out way, i can not stress how important customer service is now days because of how much competition there is. Janine thank you very much for your Legendary Customer Service and thank you Brennan for your patience and commitment.
Wayne was amazing! Our air went out on the Fourth of July. He was in and out in a very short time and quickly fixed the problem! Super super nice, very friendly, and very thorough! Would call in a heartbeat again!

Brennan was fantastic. He was very thorough in his inspection and exploratory work to determine the problem with our AC. He took the time to show and explain to me exactly where the problems were and described how those issues would be likely to progress in the future. He was thoughtful in providing me with multiple quotes and options, detailing those differences. Brennan really impressed me with the level of customer service he brought to the table. I felt that he came across as very genuine, knowledgeable, and even passionate about the work he does. It’s rare that a technician has told me that they enjoyed working on a project, but he truly does strike me as someone who is both skilled at and happy with the job he does. I will certainly be reaching out to Brennan for any future needs. I can’t recommend him enough.
A/C went out in the middle of the night. They came before any one else. Brennan, our tech, was awesome! He identified the problem pretty quickly. Told me the causes and the fixes step by step. He was knowledgeable and had a ton of patience for my 1000 questions. He was in and out in 2 hours with every working 110%. WOULD RECOMMEND.
On time, friendly. Plenty of heads up letting you know they will arrive and what times they will arrive. Had an issue I called and they took care of it immediately. Highly recommend

Charles, the AC tech that came did a thorough AC tune up because I had an ac leak issue. Charles was a nice guy who explained things to me what he's doing and even sent me pictures to my email add together with the invoice of the test results he did with the tune up. I signed up for their yearly maintenance because of the discounts and calls for drain unclogging is free. So now, am a regular customer of HOT2COLD. See you next time, Charles but hope not that soon. Lol
The technicians knowledge on AC repair is incredible. He has years of experience and he explains everything in great detail. I have had my AC compressor replaced on a E60 BMW which has a damaged shaft and caused the engine to hum and the belt burn as the shaft would size up. After he done his magic the compressor has stopped straining the engine and the air is ice cold. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Keep up the good work!
