Brian was amazing!! He was on time & very professional. He assessed our issue & provided us with a thorough inspection of our ducts. He offered us a few different solutions to our problem. Brian at Complete Pro Air was very thorough with the ac maintenance he did on my 2 units. He cleaned both systems inside and out, checked to make sure they were running as efficient as possible. Super professional, I will definitely be using him for all ac needs. Really nice, honest guy. 100% recommend!

Wonderful service provided quickly. We needed our heat repaired quickly during the latest cold spell. Complete Pro Air responded to our call within the hour, made a diagnostic report, went to pick up the part needed and installed the new part within 3 hours. The technician, who was also the the owner, was courteous, helpful and so great to work with. We will be calling Complete Pro Air for any future AC needs.
During my research on how to select an air condoning contractor I came to the conclusion that the most important criteria for a contractor is the quality of the installation. You can have the best brand installed, but if it was improperly installed, the system will fail. After meeting with 3 contractors, I found Complete Pro to be the most responsive and qualified option. The thoroughness of Brian's explanation of what the expect t each step of the process was appreciated as well as his commitment to do things the right way. This comes from his background on the air conditioning manufacturer's side where he troubleshot bad installations that other contractors performed. To further this, he is NATE certified, which I valued since it shows his dedication to his craft; and there are only a handful of contractors in the Tampa Bay area who have NATE certified technicians. He and his team were very helpful when I had questions before and during the installation. Brian and his crew were very friendly and professional from the start of the process and throughout the installation. With the first cold snap, I found out that the unit was not putting out heat. I gave Complete Air a call after business hours and Brian immediately returned my call and sent out a technician the next day. Turns out the thermostat was defective and it was replaced on the spot. It is good to know that even after the installation I was treated as a valued customer, even for warranty work. As of right now, I feel I received a good product and service based on Brian's walkthrough of the process, his responsiveness, what his team does to ensure quality workmanship, and the additional services provided.
Brian is my hero. He delivered everything promised and I am confident that we will be happy with our new AC System. Our AC System was only 7 years old but the repair bills were mounting. We decided to replace the system. I am glad we chose Complete Pro and they lived up to their name. We got three estimates and educated ourselves. Brian told us everything we needed to know before we asked and offered guarantees and warranties others did not. I am so happy with the new system and would recommend Complete Pro above all others! I don't normally provide reviews, but i had to make an exception for Complete Pro. They provided excellent service and professionalism. I had received 3 separate quotes and Complete Pro was the only one to sit down with me and go over their qualifications, services, and products. They were efficient, on-time, thorough, and courteous. They went above and beyond my expectations. Brian and Brandon were an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're in the market for a new A/C, I'd suggest you do your research. The product is just as important as who installs it for you. I would definitely recommend Complete Pro for future jobs and friends. Keep up the great work guys.
Although they are very thorough with explaining what they're doing, showing their certifications etc...etc...During the estimate visit. Their price lists for an A/C and Furnace, for a cash paying customer, in the off season are completely inflated. Research and educate yourself on the wholesale price (what they are paying) of the system they quote. Also, visit the system's website for any rebates the manufacturer might have. Do your research before the "salesman" comes for the estimate. The whole interaction felt like a used car salesman. Unfortunately, our elderly neighbors made the purchase.

Brian and Jarvis were fantastic to work with. Jarvis was able to come out quickly to assess the issues I was having and fixed it in much less time than I was anticipating.
