Air-Ric’s is a small business company but super reliable and trustworthy. Eric who arranged the service call is very courteous and was able to set us up for a same day appointment right away. The technician, Sonny, who is Eric’s brother by the way show up on time and walk me through each step of the troubleshooting process. He was able to find the root cause of the issue in no time and ordered the parts for us which is still under warranty. So, we only need to pay for the service call of $89 which is very reasonable plus a discounted labor cost. To make a long story short, our non-cooling AC is back up running the following day and it is good as new again! We are so happy and satisfied with the service quality and the overall experience. Sonny is a real pro! He is super friendly and very knowledgeable and excellent at his craft. I would highly recommend Air-Ric’s Air Conditioning and Heating for all your A/C needs. I'm so glad I found these guys! They are amazing! Very professional on the phone and respond very quickly. I had technicians from a few different companies over, and all of them except Air-Ric's were trying to upsell! Sonny was very thorough and honest, answered all of my questions and did not try to upsell me any add-on parts or new AC system. He took pictures of everything and took his time to explain what was going on. My AC unit was back up and running in no time! Very fair price as well! Thank you, Air-Ric's, you guys rock!
Sonny and Eric are amazing! We have worked with them several times and they have been great at all times. We needed our A/C fixed after it stopped cooling and they came the next day and took care of it. They are highly reliable, accomodating and upfront about all issues and or repairs needed. Highly highly recommend them for all your A/C needs.
Air rics has been nothing but perfection. Quick responses to needs. First thing we had replaced was a capacitor. They responded that day and had it fixed within hiurs on a weekend. We had a goodman evaporator coil that they did a warranty replacement on. The labor was affordable. The replacement had an issue within the first year(its a goodman and known for having defects) they did a warranty replacement and didnt charge any service or labor. Honorable and trustworthy. I highly recommend!
Review for Air-Rics Air Conditioning And Heating Excellent What a breath of Fresh Air after Air-Ric's Air LLC fixed my 4 ton Rheem. More refreshing is that there are still Men out there that Really do know how to Fix things mechanically. I was loosing faith in AC mechanics until the Master of ALL Master mechanics arrived at my door. This guy was efficient, knowledgeable, polite and extremely reasonable on his pricing. Ladies and Gentlemen...Do not hesitate to make Air-Ric's Air LLC your #1 Air Conditioning service. Air-Ric's has been handling my A/C needs for the past four years and recently replaced my entire system. We are very satisfied with their work, professionalism and especially communication. We called multiple repair services in the area, including the one on our AC Unit that supposedly warrantys our unit, but they were all booked until 2 to 3 days from now. When I called these guys, they were able to come out literally 2 hours later, and in 15 minutes had us back up and running. He was a very nice guy and very professional, knew exactly what to do and how to fix it. I will be using his services from now on whenever we have HVAC issues
Update-had an issue with cooling and Eric was out the next day to repair it at no charge. He is very dependable and honest. I"m glad I found him! You will be too. Excellent work. Went way beyond helping me with me home warranty company. Highly recommend!

Need AC Repair, this is who you should call. We woke up this morning without AC, we have construction going on in our home and as I'm sure you can imagine, it's HOT, not to mention I work from home and have a 4 year old in the house. I called him around 8am, and by 10am, he was here to help. Thank you Air-Ric's!!!!
My A/C stopped cooling in the middle of the night. I called Air-Ric's Air first thing in the morning. Eric was at the house by 9:30, had the unit working by 10am, and he educated me about my particular system. Extremely helpful. I've already scheduled some much needed routine maintenance, which have not kept up with. Air-Ric's will be my go-to guy from now on.
