My AHS refer me Yantra Air because my air conditioner kept running and not cooling. Tony arrived on time and was very professional. He found the problem very quickly, there was a leak and I needed freon. After Tony finished fixing he was kind enough to explain to me how to maintenance my air conditioning. I highly recommend this company.
They showed up on time and was very accommodating. I had a very short timeline to be at home to fix my AC. When I told them I would not be around, they expedited the process and my AC was fixed within before I left.
UPDATE: Several weeks after Tony did the repairs problems began again. Tony was sent back by AHS. He didn't know what the problem was so he started accusing me of poor maintenance of my HVAC. (I just bought the house 6-8 weeks prior). To make a long story short, I had to call out another HVAC contractor, What happened was there was an electrical short in the unit causing my system to fail. (sparking because of bare wire in fact) Yantra Air apparently didn't know how to evaluate the wiring within the unit. 1) I'll never let Tony back onsite and 2) I'm grateful my house didn't burn down. My advise: Call another contractor! Tony is a great guy. He knows his trade. I had a unique problem with my AC and he identified the problem quickly and made the repair. He gave me tips on maintenance for my unit to save me money down the line. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would hire him again in a minute...
This man is a liar and highly unprofessional. After being assigned them by American Home Shield, I read the other reviews about him and hoped they weren't true. Unfortunately they were from spontaneously changing appointment times to bold face lying and getting claims denied its all true. Stay very far away from this company.
Awful service! Technician said he’d be there between 2-6. He texted at 2:33 that he was there and at 2:34 he texted he was gone. Never gave me a chance to even let him in. Then he said he’d be back after 5:00 and never showed up. They’re closed on Sundays so now we will be without AC for another 2 days (4 days total) all because he didn’t want to do his job. He wouldn’t even call or text back. Had to find out through AHS. Unbelievable!!
This business is not accredited and has the worst customer service I have ever seen, they are incompetent and rude. Using them will become your worst nightmare.
Do not let this "repair man" near your home. Long story short.....horrible, just neglectfully horrible.
Had this company out to fix my air conditioning 3 times. Through American home shield warranty. Cleaned drain first time, replace a switch outside after me having to tell him the outside unit Was still running which he never bother to look at. 3rd time today after air froze up again he said that is from mold on the coils. I asked him why he didn’t tell me a month before he said home owners don’t want to know the truth. Now AHS won’t cover mold. He said what difference did it make if he told me before! Well, my family’s health that’s why he should have disclosed that to me. Now I have to find another AC company out of pocket for repairs. The owner was very unprofessional and demeaning to us. When I talked to the warranty people they also said I’m on my own. I wouldn’t have all these issues if the job was done correctly in the first place. Then he shut my outside AC off and said I’m without air conditioning until I get it fixed. Please be warned, don’t go with this company or American home shield warranty if this is how you are treated.
My air conditioner went out it's 96% in my house he came right away. Was amazing fast and professional I would share this company with all My friends ❤️
Yantra came right away in our appointment slot. Professional and he took the time to take pictures of part I needed for insurance.
Yantra Tech reported timely to my house to care for a breakdown occurred with my AC. He was courteous, and exerted excellent professionalism and knowledge of his job. In a record time this Tech fixed our AC really fast and efficiently. Before he left, he took the time to explained what had happened and his corrective action to fix the issue. Yantra has effectively proven to me that we all should expect the best with their services. I would recommend them to you all who wants professional and Tech with knowledge to touch your AC. Excellent job Yantra!!! Thank you very much for your AC service. Go Yantra! next time like we did and will do again if there is a next time.
Friendly, professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He showed up for repair within a few hours and had our central air running again within minutes!
My home warranty company hired this company to fix my a/c. The gentleman was very unprofessional and disrespectful to my mother. He fix the a/c with wires sticking out and stated he just did that but didn’t fix the real problem because it would be $800. I would never recommend this company.
Very professional and was on time. Fair pricing and completed the job in one visit. This is the second time I have had this company/contractor work on my A/C (2 different issues) and he has been honest and straightforward.

10 months ago the air conditioner of my house stop to work,because of leaking and i called two different company’s to have a service.Both offered to replace the coil,but estimate was very expensive.I found Yantra Air on Google and called them.They brazing the condenser coil and my air conditioner start to run again.I’m very happy! Anton did great job for reasonable price. Thank you Yantra Air!
