My AC was not running efficiently. Called Tracy Steele on Friday, left a message and received a call back from Kevin. He made an appointment for Monday. He was on time and professional. He did more in one maintenance call than my previous company did in years. Found the reason why is wasn’t running as efficient as it could. By the time he left I could feel the difference in my house. Thank you Kevin you just earned a customer for life. I’ll be sure to recommend Tracy Steele AC and Kevin to anyone who needs a quality AC company. Thanks again.
5 Star service from a hard to find family business! Been using them for about 8yrs, replaced my A/C unit and just repaired another unit at my in-law's house. On time, very responsive and they treat me like family! Truly a company I can trust....big shout out to Daniel for your service!!!

Shorthand: They got all the paperwork done. Superb workmanship. Looks great. Want details? Read on: Our A/C died. We called Tracey Steele, discussed options and then accepted their quote. Unfortunately, it would take two weeks for the replacement to arrive. A technician came out and replaced a relay switch. The system kicked on but it was not a happy camper. We could tell we were on borrowed time. Two days after replacing the switch, we got a call to make sure the AC was still working. That follow up call was a surprise, and totally professional. A good sign of things to come. A few days before the replacement, they called to say they were pulling the permit. They brought the paperwork over for us to sign, and they handled things from there. Absolutely no stress, other than hoping the AC wouldn't die before the install date. They arrived at 8:30am, and were done by 11:30. No noise. No mess. They even replaced the plywood in the garage under the air handler and cleared the clogged condensation line (which was pretty bad, apparently). After the AC was installed, the lead install tech gave us all the paperwork, showed us the new unit and explained how everything worked, from the thermostat to the air handler and compressor. Again, his manner was totally professional. The unit they recommended is made in the USA, with a 10 year, rock solid warranty. The unit runs smoothly. The air smells so much better. Do I recommend Tracey Steele? Most definitely!

Excellent company! I called for a second opinion, they were hired on the spot. Polite, clean and great at what they do. I recommend any one having an ac problem to have them come out to take a look.
Tracy, son, and crew did a fantastic job installing a new LG air conditioner/heater in this condo. And they managed to work me in during the busy summer season. He set it up so efficiently that it stays perfectly cool all the time without running very much. I couldn't be happier! James

This company put in a new unit in our house almost 10 years ago. It works great, but there are always little things that go wrong. Last week (on a Saturday even) a cheerful Kevin came and put in a needed part and, voilá, our AC was back. Great company! Thanks!
After being told by another service that I needed a completely new A/C unit, I reached out to Tracy for a second opinion. Thank goodness I did! He responded immediately, showed up for our appointment right on time, and had my repair completed within about 15-20 minutes. Emphasis on repair; there was no need for a new system at all. Tracy couldn't have been more professional or reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company for anyone wanting great service at a fair price. Thanks Tracy!

If you are looking for a company you can trust, don't look any further. They are the best. I have used them for years, actually never had to look for anyone else but they never cease to amaze me. I don't like to call them at the last minute & surely don't expect them to come quickly but I did today and as always, if they can, they will show up right away. Family owned and the nicest father and sons you can meet. They are so professional. If you call and leave a message, you can count on a call back as soon as possible and we all know that's rare these days. I am one satisfied and happy customer!
