As a month-long renter from out of town here on Hutchinson Island, I was very impressed with Cooling Connection. Bob, Heather and the team were quick to pickup the phone and were on site within hours. In New Jersey, where I live, this is incredibly rare...it might take days! Bob not only discovered my unit had frozen, but also took the time to thaw it, add refrigerant and replace a fan module to get the house back to normal. Very very thorough. As I write this, the house is back to 68º (from 83º at its highest) and the air is flowing perfectly. Bob saved my vacation and my sanity. He was also very kind to my excited dog. Thank you all! I will be telling friends in the PSL/JB area to call Cooling Connection!
We have been with Cooling Connections almost 9 years and they have always been reliable and honest. We have been blessed.
AC was not working. I made a call and they were out within an hour and it was repaired. These guys are the best!
