We started using True Temp 2 years ago when we moved to Florida. Edwin was able to help us extend the life of our old A/C until a week ago, when we decided to go ahead and upgrade to a new unit. We emailed Kimberly ,who is always very helpful with any issue we might have, Friday night. On Monday Edwin stopped by to look at what we needed and on Friday came with his team and installed the new system with great attention to details and in a very timely manner. We highly recommend this family business to anyone who need service with their A/C system.
I called Tru Temp at 2:35 pm on Friday afternoon shortly after a local competitor company called and cancelled my scheduled appt. I spoke to Kim who was not only very nice but was also able to get a great tech to my home that same day to diagnose and fix my problem. I wish I could remember his name but the young guy was knowledgeable and friendly and did a fantastic job. They bailed me out of a bad situation for sure and certainly earned my business forever. I cannot recommend them enough!

Texted at 830pm that my air wasn't blowing cold, answered immediately. They came out the next day and fixed it!
These guys do what ever it takes to get the job done..They are good as their word. Honest, I will do business again. You should do business with them too! I highly recommend them! It now looks new!

I cannot say enough good things about True Temp. From the first time I spoke to Kim in the office, to Edwin leaving my house, they were professional and kind. Another AC company quoted us $15,000 in repairs. Edwin said our AC just needed to be cleaned and maintained. I’m so grateful to True Temp and their honesty. Do yourself a favor and use this company!

We had heard great things about True Temp and decided to go with them for the installation of a mini split system in our garage for humidity concerns. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, responsive. We’ve had the unit for about a month now and have had no issues whatsoever. The work was done in a timely fashion and everything was cleaned up when they finished as though they were never even there. While we have a new build construction, we will not go with the company that installed the unit in our home. From now on, we are customers of True Temp for all of our heating and AC needs. Highly recommend!

The job was done in a very timely manner and with professional results. Even months later after the install, ( today actually) the professional technicians at True Temp explained the problem I was having and why my AC wasn't working. I was able correct it myself, saving me a costly service call. That is outstanding customer service. Do yourself a favor and replace all the drain lines when doing a new install. The minor expense will save you a headache later down the road. Do yourself another favor and hire True Temp LLC. for your HVAC needs,You will not regret it.
Edwin (the owner) came out personally on short notice and within 30 min fixed our continuing AC problems that were not repaired by other companies. Excellent knowledge of systems and very professional. They are my new go/to AC company on my speed dial !!
I have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years, True-Temp was Punctual, honest, quick and reasonably priced. The technician was easy to talk to, explained things in layman's terms and didn't try to sell anything I didn't need. I had two chafed wires so he was in and out in 20 min. Two thumbs up and I will call them again when needed...
Being new to the area and wanting to get our system checked out, we called True Temp to come and let us know what condition our system was in and to have the duct work cleaned. Edwin was honest. professional and on time. He told us that our system was 17 years old, but that it was working just fine. He also cleaned the ducts in all the rooms of our home and not a spec of dust ever hit the floor. His prices were very reasonable for the type of work we had him do. Fast forward 6 months and our system started to make strange noises. We called Edwin once again and asked him to please come check it out. Again, he was very professional and on time. He told us that the system check was good and that everything was doing what is was supposed to. He also took the liberty to put together some estimates on what a new system would cost us. We never felt pressured to replace the system and he did not push us in any way to make that decision. We decided to replace due to the unit being 17 years old and if it did go especially during the summer months we were afraid we wouldn't be able to get anyone to come help us. Edwin assured us he would help us, but we still felt better going with a new unit. Three days later Edwin and his tech. were installing the unit. The were fast, very neat and cleaned up everything. You'd never know we had the work done. Do I recommend True Temp? YES 110%!! From the office personnel to the techs and the owner Edwin were extremely helpful and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. Don't go anywhere else until you have called and talked to Kim or Edwin at True Temp.
Perfect experience with TrueTemp! Our AC broke down on our home that we had just purchased and it must have been 100 degrees that day. Kim was super sweet, professional and understanding, she sent Edwin and his assistant right away and determined we needed a new unit. They did not leave us in the heat! They were fast, thorough and professional. I Highly recommend True temp! Since, we hired them again for dryer vent and an in home purification system! True Temp is our go-to AC Company!
In this time of people not showing up, True Temp came the same day and made sure my tenant had AC. He answered all my calls to him and kept me updated on the progress. Part are hard to come by, yet True Temp found the part and got the job done under warrantee. Very professional and they are my now GO TO for AC
Excellent service. Edwin showed up at the allotted time, I didn't have to call him. He took his time to explain everything about the service. The price was more than fair. I ended up having a uv light installed on my ac unit and it's been working out great for my family with allergies.
