They have done a great job on our annual maintenance every year. They just installed two complete HVAC systems. They did a fantastic job. Professionals in every sense. When they leave, job site is immaculate. Highly recommend in.

Exceptional knowledge. Everything he said about my unit was dead on. Ended up needing needing new duct system. Any other company might have sold me a stronger unit and be done with it, but he explained that the duct system was not designed correctly, Jeff wasn’t doing duct work at the time so I had to go with a duct company. Also got me great prices on new internals for my current system with 5 year warranty. I highly recommend using sub zero for your ac maintenance.

My house is cold again!! Anyone living in Florida knows the importance of a cool home. Jeff and Natalie came out and gave me a quote to replace both of my units and air handlers. Price was great and they thoroughly explained the entire process to me. When they came out to actually complete the install it was done with such precision and they made sure that everything was buttoned up and cleaned before they left. A great experience for such a big project for any homeowner. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thank you SubZero!

Jeff has been servicing my ac units in 3 of my houses for the last 10+ years. He installed a Trane system and multiple UV lights. I always get prompt service and have peace of mind knowing that any work is done right the first time and that quality parts are used. Save some time and make your first and last call to Subzero. **update** 11/26/19** Jeff also now takes care of our townhome a/c system. He found a problem with our coil that the builder missed and even got it covered under their warranty!

Very disappointed on follow up service. They did a great job installing our AC Unit last year, 2018. We now need service on our unit because it keeps making a loud noise then shorts out our electricity but the AC keeps working. I called SubZero for service and was told they no longer service our area even though they are only 6 miles away. They are too busy in West Palm Beach and no longer service PSL or Fort Pierce. If I had known they would not service us I would have had someone else install the unit.
SubZero truly treat their customers as family with honesty, integrity, and follow-through. Jeff and Natalie recently installed two new systems for me and I could not be happier. I received a written proposal within an hour of inspecting my existing systems and continual updates thereafter with the timetable and process for completing the work. Everything was installed impeccably at a fair price and in a prompt fashion with great communication. Jeff and Natalie go the extra mile for their customers and I look forward to having SubZero maintain my systems for years to come.
