Speedy replaced an old AC unit. Their price wasn’t the highest or the lowest. Based on the estimates received it was in the middle. The folks I spoke with were principals, not salesmen. They performed the work in one day with no aggravation, neatly and quickly. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Now 3 years later I have a problem and they are not what they promised. Not responsive and it is 95 degrees in my house
The number one assets of any service company is their reputation. customer service is the key to earn good reputation. Most companies understand it and do anything possible to provide best customer service to gain new customer and keep old one. Speedy Air IS NOT one of those companies any more. Both Kelly the receptionist and Amber the manager are super rude, disrespectful, aggressive and condescending, ill mannered and plan out nasty, in the way they talk to customers. you should know better. Avoid this company.

I don't recommend this company to anyone. Had the system put in. About 6 months ago. The system froze up. They charge me a $100 service charge. To do nothing, it froze up again. 2 days later. Another guy came and froze up again. Now they Want another 100 bucks service call Bologna VS aint happening. I will suit this place.
Needed a new HVAC system and as always speedy air offered quick and very reasonable quotes. Joey and Jim showed up to do the install hours before their scheduled time which made us extremely happy. They were very professional and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer questions and offer recommendations. We are completely satisfied with speedy air and will continue to go to them for future work needed. A+
Speedy was unable to locate and fix a leak despite three visits and over $1100 paid. They will not return phone calls to discuss. Called a competitor who located the leak and fixed it in a an hour. I recommend you stay far, far away from this company. I experienced poor service and high costs before they seemingly fell off the face of the earth. Heck of a way to run a business - maybe the worst experience I’ve ever had as a customer with a service provider. Zero stars, too bad I can’t leave -1100 stars.
Speedy Air always arrives during scheduled timeframe and have maintained my system for 3 years. Technicians are professional, efficient and reliable.
Lauren, who provided my service, goes beyond and above. She is absolutely terrific. Very attentive. Very knowledgeable. Very professional. She is the reason I stay with Speedy.
Communication is great, but after almost $1000 dollars, 3 trips, and it still wasn't repaired I would suggest going elsewhere. Additionally after 3 visits they 'still can't find the leak' that a second company found in 30 minutes.
I had CJ come and service my Air-Condition. He was nice, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, he deserve 5 stars. A week later I observed an issue, I called to talk to CJ, I was transfered to Amber, the company manager, She was very rude, disrespectful, aggressive and condescending. As a manager she should know better that courtesy and great customer service should be number one priority to any company.
Used Speedy A/C for an air conditioning after hours repair. Javier M was exceptional! He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Two hours after the request for repair the AC was up and running. Excellent service by this company.

The serviceman was fine but the part price ridiculous. $16 capacitor at Lowe's and they charged $168 plus the $99 diagnostic fee. A fair company is who I'll be looking for next time.

Nothing to compare. Last AC install in 1999!. Techs arrived on time. Kept us updated on progress. Finished earlier than expected. Good explanation of equipment. Techs personable. Good clean up.
