Extremely happy with our new a/c. We will highly recommend Ryan’s Heating & cooling to our neighbors. They went over & above with removable of an elevated system & installation of a ground level system. Price was competitive, very reasonable and completed in 1 day.
Ryan was personable, and knowledgeable on all things HVAC. He inspected my A/C unit and patiently explained every detail of what was going on with the motor and other issues he encountered and covered all my options. At no time did I feel rushed or pushed to make a decision. He took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns. It was truly like having a conversation with one of my brothers. I highly recommend Ryan's Heating and Cooling because he inspires trust and reliability. I'm confident you'll arrive to the same conclusion. Had New unit installed about 3years ago paid top dollar , since had nothing but problems, Ryan's refused to come and repair the unit they installed , not responding to calls , very unprofessional disappointing service
Ryan came to install a dehumidistat. We contacted him because he had installed one for us about 11 years ago and serviced our air conditioner a few times. He is polite, kept us informed as to what was going on and explained and tested the operation before he left. Highly recommended. Cost is very reasonable too.
Ryan was very responsive and helpful to talk my call and come out same day to diagnose, fix issue, complete maintenance, adjust system and explain situation at a good price.
Great experience! I needed a new AC system, and Ryan's made a competitive offer. No pressure to buy, no add-ons I didn't need. He explained everything he would do from start to finish. The day of install went smoothly, and everything was cleaned up after. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
It is rare in this day and age to find trustworthy, dedicated, professional, experts in any field. Ryan really is the best in heating and cooling + he is likable, compassionate, and sincerely interested that your equipment is in working order. He values honesty above "making a buck" and will see to it that your heating and cooling systems are the best for you.
First I would like to say that I had to replaced a Lennox 21 seer Dave special. I called the company that handles mostly lennox to get a quote on a new one and they wanted $15,000.00. I don't know why I called them when they installed the first one 12 years ago, they couldn't get it right. I called Ryan after 3 years of dealing with them and he made it right! He has been servicing it ever since. Being what I thought was a big fan of Lennox I called Ryan anyway to see what he had to offer for a unit. He recommended a Rheem 16 seer for a fraction of the price. And when I say fraction, I MEAN FRACTION!! I was like no way I'm going to be happy with this. To make myself feel a little more comfortable I upgraded the air handler for a couple extra hundred and I went for it. Now 6 mouths later I can't tell you how happy I am. I was always happy with Ryan and his service. Doing what he says he's going too do and doing it when he says he's going too do it, and doing it right. Now I"m also a rheem fan. To start, this 16 seer is out performing my old lennox 21. I'm on the budget plan with FPL and my monthly bill has already gone down $50 a mouth. Not to mention my house is so much more comfortable. The humidity is staying below 45 mostly closer to 40 so I can keep the temp set higher and yet it feels a lot cooler then before. Grandma who always complained about it being too hot complained on the first visit after install it was too cold. Ryan always gave great service but now I know he also stands behind a great product.
Ryan does a very good job of serving and repairing home air conditioning systems. This is my second year of using him and I am very pleased with his service and professionalism.
