Couldn’t ask for better service! Professional and kind! Worked to find the most cost effective fix for our unit! Didn’t try to charge for unnecessary service. Called and checked in to see how it was working after the job was completed! Highly recommend this company for A/C work!
Amazing company! I called in the morning with an issue with my AC. I spoke with Esteban who was super nice on the phone scheduled a same day appointment window between 2-4pm. Best part is they came about 30 minutes early and even Esteban came by to introduce himself! They were super thorough and explained the process of our issues and how they were going to fix it. Needless to say, I have saved their contact info on my phone and will contacting back to them for any HVAC issues! Customer service was superb! Thank you so much!
Esteban from Pride Air Conditioning of Port Saint Lucie is RELIABLE, ON TIME, TRUSTWORTHY, HONEST, and VERY EXPERIENCED! I called for a repair estimate, however, previously my tenant called ARS Heating and AC Services in Vero Beach for looking at the system and they responded with: "Too low on freon, compressor and evaporator are heavily damaged (and leaking)", when THE TRUTH was only a misadjustment of the thermostat. After Esteban explained, that my AC is older but in good working condition, I found out that I had been lied to by ARS (Vero Beach) who said that I needed to buy a new system. I will be a loyal customer of Pride AC thanks to Esteban. I can only HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pride AC to all my friends and family. THANK YOU VERY MUCH Esteban (Pride Air Conditioning of Port Saint Lucie).

Has my Heater go out Contacted allyearAir who after initial visit never showed or called again to come back and complete the job. I called Pride in the morning and they were out the same day completed the job the same day I called. The price was better then the first company and I much better service. If you need HVAC repair I highly recommend these guys!!! Thankyou!

I was very happy with Pride and Esteban. I recommend them to everyone. Esteban went above and beyond his duties when he informed me my electrical breaker was bad. He even replaced it for me. Excellent service!
Called the company on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday between 3-4pm. I left work early in order to make sure I would be available. The company never showed up and not even a courtesy call. Not professional at all.

I am ever so grateful for Esteban from Pride a/c because I called for an estimate and first thing he asked what was going on and then when I told him he said that doesn’t sound right let me take a look? Well then I found out I had been lied to by another A/C co. I had out to my house when they told me my Freon was leaking and I needed to buy a new system it was a lie also that co. Left my a/c turned off at breaker and safety switch and did not perform proper service at all. So the system wasn’t working at all and Esteban from Pride A/C said all that was needed wAs an a/c tune up service that he performed and all was well at my house again. I will be a loyal customer of Pride a/c Because they are truly honest to their customer. I have truly found an honest a/c co. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!!!
Great service, fit me in and followed up several days later in person to test and verify system was working well. Found they needed to add freon. Highly recommend
Called and they were at the door within 30 minutes. Straightforward, knowledgeable, professional and fast. Replaced my part to get my compressor up and running. Pricing was up front and honest and i didn’t feel pressured at all. Will definitely be recommending and saving their number for the future.
Courteous, Knowledgeable, & Professional...got all that I needed...house is cool...zero complaints. Esteban takes all the time you need to be comfortable with your contract. Price was higher than some but lower than others but you get what you pay for...maintenance contract is adequate and affordable... installers were quick I think they took less than 5 hours including an attic air handler installation to get the new unit in... Short punchlist of follow up items. l know I won't have to chase after Esteban...He is an honorable gentleman. Im sure that I have a secure future with Pride...they certainly live up to their name BB
Had such awesome service from the first phone call to follow up after installation. So professional, respectful and informative of what was happening and what does what. We were very pleased and really surprised for now adays you dont usually get great customer service from initial phone request to installation. It was truly am awesome experience and love the new ac and the blizzard of cool air. I look forward to the continued business relationship as we have the affordable maintenance plan, which is a great peace of mind for me . Truly a professional company!! Very, very happy!!

I used pride air too replace my old ac, Esteban M. was amazing with finding the ac I wanted and the price was good and offered a few extra treats to sweeten the deal. Pride came on time delivered as promise even working around my busy schedule. Steve was helpful and took time out to answer questions and any concerns I might have had. I was a little skeptic when I found them on Facebook. I was just about to pay another company 1000 more bucks for the same job. I'm completely happy with my new ac and I would definitly recommend pride ac. to any one in the St. Lucie area!
I would recommend Pride to anyone needing AC service. I had my unit replaced and am very satisfied. I had 4 quotes, which Esteban encouraged me to do. Pride was comparable in price to all of them. Esteban was so knowledgeable about all the products and followed through from quote through installation and inspection. :Steve was very professional also during the installation. Pride is a great company to work with.
