Chad who was here recently to do a repair was here for my annual tune-up, found a capacitor was failing so before it caused a service call he replaced it. As has been the case, the service from Miranda was great and the technicians are spot on. 👌 Matt was quick to find the problem, and gave me a temporary fix.The problem seems to be a leak and I will away for a few days, so he suggested I make an appointment and when I return fix the problem right. Saved the day for me, thanks. Chad was my technician on this call and quickly found and fixed the problem. I can say that anytime I've had to call Miranda for service they've been there in a timely manner to solve my trouble. Chad was very personable and professional. I would have him back any time to take care of my system. Good job Chad. Brahim and Kevin installed a new A/C unit today. The guys did a great job! The work was very neat and the runs great. I had my city inspection yesterday and he said everything was fine, good to go. Keep up the good work guys. Hey y'all hit it out of the park again! My Technician Dennis Fallion was the bomb. He took the time to sit down with me explain everything I needed to know about my new H20 zero water system installation and flushing of it. He listen answered all my questions and concerns reassured me that I had nothing to worry about explaining the warranty of the new system.
