I had a clog in my shower that another company did not want to take care of. The Technicians at Lindstrom did what was necessary to take care of the problem, even though it was time consuming! They were very nice and professional!

The team at Lindstrom has always been very professional with their service! Their team member, Oscar, did a great job today servicing our unit. Very open, honest, and took the time to walk me through the service performed, and several tips to do to keep our AC running smoothly. Thank you Lindstrom!
I’ve only had Aaron and Kevin do service here. Both are the ultimate in professionalism and care. Polite and considerate . They are knowledgeable and go above and beyond. A four hour job for Aaron turned into an eight hour one and he just stayed the course.
Replaced my entire system. Salesperson was knowledgeable and responded to my questions and concerns. Installation team was professional, neat, and helpful in explaining my new system. Overall coordination of the project was excellent. Very pleased!

Update: Lindstrom called and apologized for completing the service without telling me. They said they left a few voicemails to schedule the service and I checked, they did leave one voicemail saying they were calling to schedule the appointment. They said bc plenty of people don’t confirm scheduling, they just went ahead and went out to do the service. I understand that, but I think it would be a bit better if they would wait for confirmation, as some people like myself do not live in the home being serviced so it is unlikely that I would be at the home when they show up to an unconfirmed appointment. It’s probably a better idea to ask the homeowner when they or someone else will be home so they don’t make a blank trip or complete a service that the homeowner is not prepared to pay for. But with that being said, I do appreciate the apology and partial refund. As I said before, Lindstrom is a great company and I look forward to working with them in the future. Normally I’d have nothing but great things to say about Lindstrom and overall they are still a great company. But apparently they did work at my home without me knowing a couple of days ago and then called asking for payment. I was told they were really backed up and wouldn’t be able to do the repair for a bit. So this was fine with me bc it would have given me time to get ready to pay. But instead I think they gave my neighbor, who has helped me out before when I was not at home, the heads up that they were coming instead of reaching out to me or both of us like they’ve done in the past. If they had reached out to me, I could have set the appointment at a time when I was more prepared to pay. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication this time around. I was totally unprepared. It’s not right to just show up and do a job without talking to the homeowner, especially when I was told they wouldn’t be able to schedule the repair quickly.
I used Limdtrom for the first time to get an ac tune up. The twch wss professional and very informative throughout the process. Def a keeper for future needs.

Had 6 month maintenance done and installed 2 new twin lights on my unit for allergies. I have used Lindstrom for many years. Always do a good job. The technician was awesome. He checked everything out thoroughly.
We are very happy with Lindstrom. They arrive within the scheduled time, we get a call from the technician when he is on his way, and we have the same technician each time. George Nehme, the technician is polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable.

I was feeling that my a/c unit was running too long to cool the house and called for a check up. Within the time of my appointment my a/c stopped blowing cool and I contacted Lindstrom back to see if they could move my appointment up sooner. They came the next day and right on time. The technician was really a nice guy. He checked my unit and found the problem right away. He gave me a few options to rectify the issue and kept me informed every step of the way . He got me going temporarily. At this time I would highly recommend this company. I will be choosing one of the options and will definitely use them for my repairs.
