Worst service I have ever had encountered from an A/C company. Misdiagnosed the problem, then ordered the wrong parts, left me without air for four days!! Stay away!

Our office was not cooling well in the middle and left it warm and muggy. Grossmann showed up so quickly and fixed the problem. They were fast, effective, and very professional! Thank you, Grossmann for your excellence!
Let me tell you how happy I have been with all the guys at Grossman. I was having a recurring issue and they replace the unit which was 20 years old and ran a new line. It’s been over a year now and i haven’t had a single issue. The new unit is much more efficient and my electric bill went way down. They were professional and easy to deal with. Typically employees/ex-employees shouldn't leave reviews...but I'm going to anyway. This isn't the first AC company I worked for(and it won't be the last), but I can say it's been the best one I've worked for. This is the company where I finally started to learn and take pride in my work. It's very hard to find a loving, Christian-Base company that lives by doing the job right and carrying their integrity. Grossmann is on of the scarce few left that are the exception in that regard. Everybody I have worked with here does absolute quality work. This is a family, and I am going to miss them. There's no two-ways about it your Heating and Air Conditioning system in your house is the most expensive utility in your house. It's very crucial you choose the right people! It's not a fluke that their rating and reputation is as good as it is and has been for decades. They have turned me into a better person. Best overall AC company in Treasure Coast Florida.
Every person we dealt with was kind, pleasant and professional. Our new AC is up and running and we are feeling very satisfied and appreciative of the wonderful service we received. I highly recommend Grossmann Air Conditioning!
It is so rare to come across a business where everyone is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to your problem. Their prices are very reasonable and they don't rake you over the coals for service calls on weekends. I called them 2 weekends in a row and both time they were to my home within one hour. Great service. . I highly recommend them. So glad my friend Mary Rouse recommended them. Thank you all.

From start to finish Grossman’s was wonderful. They installed new ducts in our home . From Donna in the office to the men that did the work everything was done in a timely, friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.
Technicians appear well trained and are willing and able to describe their services. Chad, the owner, and the office staff are available to answer questions and are very pleasant. I would recommend Grossman's for maintenance and installs.
I’ve used Grossman AC for the past five years and they’ve been the best company (AC or otherwise) to work with that I’ve come across in Florida. They’re unbelievably trustworthy and they have been so good to me in my home and business. I can’t say enough about them.
The crew came to my house in the morning and installed a new complete hvac system. They were polite and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any of your air condition needs.
Grossmann A/C was Great....on time every day....did a really good job. Their installation crew was fast and friendly. I could go on and on, but if I were looking for new air-conditioning....I would advise you to contact them first or last, as you would want them to do you A/C work.
The whole experience from the office staff (very professional) to the installation people was very good. No complaints about any of the service or installation. Only wish they participated in the FPL rebate.
We had our A/C unit in our home completely replaced. They were timely, courteous and professional. The only thing I didn’t like is that they were not participating in the PSL REBATE; otherwise I have zero complaints!! Would definitely use them again😁

We have had several companies come out to service our ac. Got the same response each time. It's inservicable the coils can't be reached. Grossman was the only company who took the time to come up with a solution and today fixed the issue. Thank you. I will recommend your company to everyone I know hands down. Also the front staff Laura and Donna are both great ladies as well.
